Inlet Beach Home–Pet-Friendly Perfect for Families

“The Pour House” is a delightful brand new home in the boutique neighborhood of Sunset Key in Inlet Beach. The home offers 2,100 square feet of luminous living space and four ample bedrooms accommodating eight guests, while its prime location places you within 0.6 miles of Florida’s famed Scenic Highway 30A. The home’s proximity to the brilliant white sands and gentle blue waves of the Emerald Coast ensures that gulfside serenity is just a couple of minutes walk away.

As the community is newly developed it may not yet appear on online map sites.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS OR TO GUESTS UNDER THE AGE OF 25.
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. 3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach. Beach towels are not provided in the home. 7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 25. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.


*DEPARTURE CHECKLIST:
• Empty refrigerator of all perishables. Remove all garbage from the home and take to exterior trash bin.
• Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and begin the wash cycle (use dishwasher detergent).
• Keep beds turned down that have been slept in.
• Place any used towels in the laundry room.
• Turn off all lights and ceiling fans, turn thermostat to 65°F in colder seasons and 74°F in warmer seasons.
• Close & lock all windows and exterior doors. Return key to lockbox.
• Check out on time, no later than 10am CT firm. If you’re leaving prior to 10am CT please text 30A Sea Story at the number listed on your arrival details so the cleaning crew can enter the home. THANK YOU!
