This property offers two separate units – an upstairs unit and a downstairs unit – both of which provide the utmost privacy. Only one unit is rented out at a time, ensuring an exclusive and peaceful experience for you.

Inside the Downstairs Unit:
Sleeping - Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with side tables & lamps. The room has air conditioning and ceiling fans for your comfort.
Bedroom 2 has 1 x King single, 1 x single bunk bed. The room has air conditioning plus a wall TV for the kiddies.
Extra pillows & blankets are provided.
Linen is provided including sheets, towels, hand towels & face washers. Beds will be made up before your arrival.
Note: This is not a serviced unit, and one set of linen will be provided per booking, unless other arrangements are made.

Bathroom - The spacious family bathroom is wheelchair friendly. The shower has a drop-in shower floor when requested, to accommodate wheelchairs along with handrails in both the shower and toilet areas. A shower chair and over-toilet seat are provided at no additional cost, upon request.
The bathroom offers a full bathtub, dual hand basins, and a bidet shower near the toilet.
Complimentary shampoo, conditioner & body wash are included.

Kitchen - Well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, including a large fridge/freezer, a new wall oven, dishwasher, electric four-burner cooktop, and microwave oven. Additional appliances include a toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, electric frypan, and coffee pod machine.

Lounge Room - Separate lounge room with 2 x 3-seater lounges and 1 x 2-seater lounge.
Entertainment - A Smart TV is included to stream your favourite movies plus a DVD player and assorted DVD’S.

Dining Room - Separate dining room with seating for 8 guests.
Leading from the dining room there is a covered area with a comfortable lounge.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Parking - Off-street parking is available plus a lock-up shed (L8.5m x xH3.2m x W3m) - ample space for your boat. This shed also has a bait freezer and there is a fish cleaning station in the yard with a double sink for your convenience.
