Ceci est notre 9e année à court terme la location de cette app. Il est de loin notre appartement le plus populaire et préférée. Vous pouvez compter sur un traitement solide, professionnel et courtois.

Ce 4 pièces apt. est situé à seulement 3 pâtés de maisons du cœur du centre historique de Prague - place de la vieille ville. Privées et calme, il donne sur un jardin et d'arcade adjacente et loggia. Il est à côté des petites et silencieuses brumeuses rues tortueuses, de la vieille ville, ainsi que des pâtés de maisons de boîtes de nuit les plus populaires et plusieurs des meilleurs restaurants de la ville.

L'appartement est entièrement rénové et entièrement meublé. Une chambre a un lit king-size et la chambre principale dispose d'un lit super-king-size qui sépare 2 lits simples, plus une salle de séjour (avec canapé-lit) et une cuisine. Le salon et la chambre principale se tournent vers le jardin, où il est également possible de s'asseoir et se détendre ou manger. Un parking gratuit est situé au coin de l'appartement. Le métro est à 5 min. marche. Le quartier est très sûr.

La maison remonte à l'époque gothique, et a des détails historiques et une magnifique balustrade fin de la Renaissance sculptés à la main dans l'entrée de l'immeuble. Lieux les plus populaires et les plus visités de la ville - Pont de l'Charle, place de la vieille ville, la grande rue Parizska et carrés Wencelslaus (quartier commerçant) sont tous à quelques minutes à pied.

L'apt. dort confortablement jusqu'à 2 couples, et il y a aussi de nombreux canapés-lits pour les enfants ou les invités.

Very Nice place and perfect location

Everything was great : location just 5 minutes walk from main square, the flat was very comfortable for our family. We much appreciated the coolness during hot summer days.

Trip for friends birthday.

We had a great four day stay at this apartment, really clean and everything you would need.It's really near the main square and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Any queries were answered quickly and transfers from and to airport were excellent, all inall would love to stay here again.

Wonderful place!

Well, the ratings on this one were right on the money - a top-notch, charming home right in the middle of old town. Close to excellent restaurants (particularly The Food Lab) and walking distance to the astronomical clock and other points of interest. Great communication with the owners, who scheduled our pickup with a long-time business partner who could not have been any nicer. A fabulous experience in this charming setting.

Wonderful Apartment in Old Town Prague

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. Communication was very clear, and check-in instructions included helpful photos to make everything very clear. The location is wonderful, in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood in the middle of Prague near Old Town Square. The apartment felt very secure, with 2 doors from the street before you get to the apartment door. The neighborhood was very quiet though we were only short distance from wonderful restaurants, bakeries, pubs, etc. The beds were very comfortable, the living, dining area and kitchen well-equipped (though we ate out so much I didn't even get a chance to try the kitchen much). Close to public transportation, and also easily navigable when I used Uber etc. Bath and shower were great, lots of hot water and good flow rate. The washer/dryer worked great, also there was a drying rack if you prefer to air dry. We had an amazing time in Prague and the apartment was great.

Amazing apartment in Old Town

This was the perfect place to stay when visiting Prague. Just like other reviews say, its a few blocks from the square but tucked away and very quiet. Beautiful and historic inzide, equipped well, check in and out was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

The apartment was perfect in every way for our family of four. Close to everything, yet located in a quiet area. Plenty of space and very comfortable. We would gladly recommend a stay here.

Perfect

This apartment is in an excellent location. It is surrounded by great places to eat and drink. The apartment itself is well thought out supplying everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The decor was lovely and Wi-Fi catered for all four of us which is something you do not get in a lot of places. I would recommend this apartment to my family and friends without doubt. The host gave clear instructions and organised transport to and from the airport making everything stress free. I would love to stay here again sometime.

Old World Charm in heart of Prague

A charming 17th century apartment with inside courtyard entry in the most centrally located neighborhood in Old Town, two blocks from Jewish Synagogue, across from the James Joyce Irish Pub where you can always find expats watching football. The neighborhood has good breakfast venues, restaurants (Georgian cuisine and Vietnamese in ally behind apt) , great deli and butcher (Masa) and close to grocery. Just outside the tourist area, about five minute walk from central square. Owner is very attentive and responsive.

Charming Prague villa

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this apartment. We were blown away with the beauty of the place and the location it offered, right off the beaten path of the main hub near old town. It was ideal for venturing out for the days on foot to go explore Prague. The apartment had tons of charm, which made you feel as if you were still living in old times yet came with all the amenities that you would need to function and be presentable in modern times

Great Location!!

We had a wonderful stay in early September. Communication with the owner and their property manager was fantastic, always quick to reply. and were very accommodating, able to schedule an airport transfer at the end of our trip on short notice. The apartment itself is pretty much as it looks in the pictures, everything labeled really well, and you can't beat its fantastic location in Old Town. While the apartment does get warm during hot days (we had several during our stay), open the dual windows in each room and you'll likely get a lovely cross-breeze. Plus the fans in each room were a godsend. We were also surprised at how quiet the apartment was, given its location in Old Town. There were just a couple of nights where we heard the upstairs neighbors banging around late at night. A note for future renters - if you are doing a longer stay like we did, be sure to regularly empty the dehumidifier that is located under the sink in the bathroom. And one suggestion for the owner - the welcome book explained everything well; however, it might be time to create a new updated book. All in all, we would happily stay here again!

Wir haben die Wohnung wegen der Bewertungen genommen. Leider. Was stimmte? Die Lage ist top! Obwohl die Lage so zentral ist, war es echt leise. Suuuper! Was stimmte nicht? Die Qualität der Inneneinrichtung war eher mittelmäßig bis .... Das Doppelbett knarrte stark. Die Matratze hätte schon vor geraumer Zeit gewechselt werden müssen. In der Küche stand eine Stoffcouch. Wir haben uns leider von den Bildern täuschen lassen. Fazit: Knapp vier Sterne.

Great apartment and great location.

We had a great time staying at Stare Mesto. We loved how old the apartment was, yet had all of the modern necessities. Robin was great. We had issues with the TV and he was right on it and was super easy to work with. Also, the location is perfect. Situated in a neighbourhood, yet close to the Old Town Square and all of the fun things to do. If I am ever in Prague again, I would stay there.

Amazing Place to Stay

This was a great place to stay and really convenient to Old Town. Extremely quiet to be as close to all the tourist locations. It was like stepping back in time with all the arches, old doors, beautiful chandeliers and large fireplace in the kitchen. Had all the modern conveniences in the kitchen as well as a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom. We bought groceries at a small grocery that was just around the corner and had food at the apartment when we were not eating out. Safety to the apartment was top notch! Had to use a fob to enter two entrances before using key for the apartment. Again, a very quiet place to stay but only a minutes walk from great food and attractions. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else... The main square was an easy 8-10 minute walk. We even walked to the Castle, which was a beautiful stroll across the river and thru beautiful parks along the way. It took about 30-35 minutes.

The property has a great location, lots of character and was very quiet. The hosts were extremely helpful, even arranging our transportation to and from the property. Check-in is a little clunky, so read the instructions and study the photos carefully.

Moldy mildewed linens with insufficient dining capacity

We spent a good portion of our stay washing the well-used towels* and sheets (smelled like they had been washed and left in the machine for days before someone decided to dry them) and there was no way for 7 people to sit for a meal with only 3 dining chairs plus the 2 we moved from other rooms; no more than 3 of any matching dish; cloth water-heater cover right above gas stove was a bit concerning; bathroom and kitchen operating areas were clean but floors were grubby. (*We were instantly charged USD$39 for a hand towel we voluntarily apologized for turning pink in a laundering mishap.) Location and setting were great and host responsive regarding conflicting WiFi instructions but we would not go back.

Charming and Cozy Stay

Our group of five friends recently enjoyed a stay in this charming apartment in Prague. Overall, we had a lovely experience, with a few minor inconveniences. The apartment had a delightful, old-world charm that made our Prague experience even more special. The kitchen was fully functional and had everything we needed to prepare our meals, which was very convenient. The bathroom was clean and modern, providing a comfortable space for our group. The apartment was a bit snug for five friends. While cozy, it was a challenge to pull out the second futon in the living room due to limited space. The internet was not working during our stay, and phone internet coverage inside the old building was limited. We managed well with the sleeping setup. One bedroom had a queen-size bed, perfect for one person, and the other had two single beds pushed together, which formed a comfortable king-size bed. The living room had pull-out couches, adding extra sleeping space for the group of 5 freinds. Despite these small challenges, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment's character and amenities made it a great base for our Prague adventures.
