This beautifully furnished 4 bed, 3 bath luxury pool/spa villa is located on the exclusive resort of EMERALD ISLAND 5 minutes from Disney World.
A dramatic palm tree lined boulevard, past lakes with fountains and sculptured dolphins, leads to the gated entrance which is manned 24 hours a day for your absolute security.
Guests have full use of the Lakeside Clubhouse, which features air conditioned fitness center, lounge with wide screen TV, Internet Cafe with free high speed internet access, Games Room, and Sauna.

There is also a children's playground, tennis courts, volleyball court, and nature trails safely located within conservation areas.
A concierge service is also located in the clubhouse, which is soon to be equipped with a sundry shop. A short drive or walk (1 mile) will lead you to restaurants, a supermarket and shops.

Home features two masters, pool /spa and a game room for your enjoyment
Also has high speed internet in the home for your use just bring your laptop!

One King bedroom, one Queen Bedroom and 2 rooms with twin beds.

Great House!

This was our fourth rental at Emerald Island Resort but our favorite house. The furniture was very comfortable and the hot tub was perfectly hot. We had a great stay. Would definitely go back. Thanks!

Awesome Vacation Home

Emerald Resort was as amazing as it was described to us before we booked our stay. The ladies at the gate were great, answered all of our questions and even created our dogs. The Neighborhood was great and the home was perfect for our family vacation. We look forward to booking again in the future and would highly recommend.

We've stayed a numerous homes over the past decade and this one is definitely our favourite. The location is perfect, the home is comfortable, and the hosts are quick to respond and great to work with. 10/10 experience and we hope to be back soon!

Condo was clean. Close to shopping and all Disney parks. If i had one thing to add, it would be to have some kitchen dish towels and tissues , otherwise everything was perfect.

Comfortable Beds

The house is only a couple mins away from town, close to all amusement parks. Only thing is, the houses are very close to one another. Our next door neighbor decided to have a party one night & it was loud in the house. The AC did not keep up, during the day it would reach 77-78 in the house. Beds were very comfortable! Great communication with property management.

Nice place for a group Disney visit

Clean comfortable home with lots of beds, pool and hot tub. Easy access by personal vehicle to Disney parks. Car card entrance and pool heating costs extra.

Excellent Stay!

We have stayed in this property twice now (unsure if the same management both times) but regardless enjoyable experiences. Emerald island is the perfect location, lots of shopping, restaurants and of course ten minutes to Disney is great. The house is as described in the listing. The pool area is maybe starting to show its age a bit more (some missing tiles around the pool) but that has no impact on anything. We had issues with the WIFI one day but management sent out a tech same day and had it back up and running. Check-in was simple. The beds were comfortable and the house stocked well. I would stay again.

Mini Vacay

First, the property is conveniently located within minutes of the Disney parks. Second, it is tucked away in a quiet corner. Although the kitchen and bathrooms are in need of an update, the cleanliness was enough to compensate. In addition, remember to request to have the ability to heat the hot tub before your stay. We wished we did stay longer than 4 days and 3 nights. Overall, it was a wonderful location for our mini vacation!

Great stay

We had a great stay at this property. Really no complaints. Was just a as the listing says. The only complaint would be the note left on the washer telling us to wash all towels before we leave. No other instructions said that. The email said to leave dirty towels and linens by the washer.

Nice place with enough room for our group.

Overall the house was good. The only issue we had was the front door would not lock from the outside with the code. Don’t think the battery in the lock was charged enough or the lock wasn’t lined up good enough to lock the door. Nice pool but the pool area gets no sun this time of year.

Awesome Stay

We very much enjoyed our stay at the property. I didn’t realize it was a resort when we booked. The house was very clean and perfect accommodations for our group of 5 (my husband and I, as well as an 18,15, 16 year old) +a small dog. The decor could be updated, but it is very clean so that really isn’t that big of a deal. Hot tub and pool were nice, but took us a couple days to find the heat dial on the deck as there is another timer of some sort in the living room. It would be good if it was labeled outside as it’s inside a plastic box on the wall. Would stay again, 10/10.

The Worst.

We were not able to enter the property because the host did not communicate with us properly and never gave us the key pin to enter the home. We spent hours calling, texting, and emailing him to please send us the key pin and he accused us of giving a fake identity even after we sent him a picture proof of the email that we received, which had no information on it. Our trip was ruined due to the host’s inability to share the information that we paid for, do not stay here.

Nice getaway

It was nice and worth the price of convenience to the parks. We did have a couple of issues, communication with the owner was a bit lacking but in retrospect I did not have a couple of pages handy for the property management to call instead. I had paid in advance a few months back and had to dig through my emails to find the one important document. Reading on a cellphone is not that great in the hot florida sun, and It could have helped if the documents were re-provided in a reminder perhaps a week before the trip.

Decent, but wouldn’t stay again

The house was nice, but for actual check in communication doesn’t come through VRBO as it should. There was an email from a property management company. I was searching my email for VRBO and for the address of the house and nothing came up because it was an email from a property management company that was just titled Reservation. I was on the VRBO site where they are supposed to list check in details and there were none. I called and sent a message to the contact info on VRBO that I had no clue how to get in, and still to this day have never heard back (whereas a message sent the week before requesting to turn on the hot tub heat was answered immediately). The hot tub, despite paying $25/day, was not hot. The control for the air conditioner has a note that during the summer it is covered by a locked box and you can’t change it to below 72. I arrived and the first think I see is an envelope from the cleaning lady requesting a tip (I paid a cleaning fee, they should be tipping out of that!). And on the second to last day we had a bottle of laundry detergent left at the front door asking us to have towels washed and dried before we left. We rented another house by the beach earlier in the week that was FANTASTIC. The owners were so responsive. A stark contrast to this experience.
