Cozy 3 story house located in the heart of the Central Oregon Coast

Stay at The Quarterdeck in Depoe Bay for your next flexcation! This beautiful family and dog-friendly home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, that boasts of the comforts for a relaxing getaway. Sleeps up to 10. The home has been fully remodeled and refurnished with all new appliances, fixtures, tile, hardwood, carpet, and decking. There are 3 levels for spreading out and finding your own comfortable place. The entry level has a utility area with washer and dryer. The spacious garage easily converts into a large, open activity room with a Ping Pong table, Dartboard, Corn Hole, Giant tower game, and seating area. The 2nd level is open concept with kitchen, dining, living room, and half-bath. It has a gas fireplace and a large smart TV. The couch has a pull-out queen sleeper. The bedding is stored in the ottoman. There are 2 twin size cots available with bedding stored in the garage. We also include amenities for your dog(s) (raised dog bed, dog blankets, food/water bowls, 2 dog kennels)! The 2nd level also has a deck with comfortable seating, gas fire table, and gas BBQ (note that the furniture is moved to the garage during the winter months). 3 cozy bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. The master suite has a luxurious king bed, bathroom (toilet and shower), and an office space with a printer. The two other bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms feature wall-mounted smart TV's, large closets, and beautiful bedding. This floor also has a main bathroom (toilet, shower/soaking tub), and a reading area. The outdoor area contains a small, fenced dog run (note: we are working on this area).

This house is within a block of ocean views and an 8-10 minute walk to the World's Smallest Navigable Depoe Bay Harbor and boardwalk.

What's nearby:
For a beach day, make the short five mile drive in either direction to Fogarty State Park to the North or Beverly Beach to the South. Sand toys and beach towels are available.

Lincoln City is just 14 miles to the north, where you can visit the various outlet stores, go antiquing, or to the Casino.

Newport is 11 miles to the south, where you can visit Historic Nye Beach or the Yaquina Head Lighthouse at the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area.

Plus, if you brought the boat along, a public boat ramp is conveniently located just two blocks from home base! There are also several charter companies right on the boardwalk!

Parking Notes: 2 vehicles can park under the carport and one parallel park (off the asphalt) in front of the garage or inside the garage. Large size vehicles can also park at the north side of the house.

The Damage Waiver fee covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
