Welcome to our Fantastic 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Townhome!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
We are a family of four from Austin, Texas. For the past decade, we found ourselves escaping every chance we got to Park City's world-class skiing, endless biking/hike trails, outdoor concerts, and arts festivals. After years of searching, we finally found a second home that was both centrally located to everything we love about Park City and large enough for relaxed, comfortable living.

**LOCATION**
Our place is less than 1/2 mile from Deer Valley's Snow Park Base Lodge and the Deer Valley ski school, and a mile to Main Street in Park City. In the winter, take the cut-thru to the DV parking lots and jump on the free shuttle to the base, or call for a free shuttle pick-up at the front door. A Park City Transit bus stop is a short 2 minute walk. This will take you to historic Main Street's great restaurants, art galleries, and shops. In the summer we just walk or bike there! Outside your door is a wonderful network of ponds and trails where you can take a leisurely walk, bike, fish, or SUP at the DV “beach”. The Deer Valley Grocer is a 5 minute walk and is a great place to have a cup of coffee, enjoy a quick meal (or take one home), and grab some of the famous DV cookies!

**BEDROOM LAYOUT AND AMENITIES**
When you're tired of being out and about, our Lakeside home is an inviting and spacious 2,200 square-foot townhouse-style condo, with 3 levels, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and a loft.

On the ground floor, there are two king-bed master suites, each with a full ensuite bathroom and 40” LED televisions. The lower level also includes the ski prep area and a brand-new full-size washer and dryer. The oversized 2-car garage enters on this level and includes lawn chairs for the back patio/outdoor concerts and sleds. There's a fantastic hill at the Park City Library where our kids still beg to go sledding each winter.

The second floor includes the kitchen, dining room, great room with an attached outdoor deck, a kid's bedroom with 2 cozy twin beds, and the third full bath (with bathtub). Relax after a full day on the slopes by watching your favorite shows or movies on our brand new 65” LG LED smart TV with access to Disney+. All TVs come with Xfinity cable with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, YouTube, and YouTube Kids.

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped (see below) so that you can easily prepare a home-cooked meal, or enjoy takeout. There is plenty of seating with 4 barstools and a large wooden table that seats 8. There is also a propane grill on the deck. The top floor is a loft that overlooks the main living area. It can serve as an additional bedroom with twin bunk beds and a closet. It's also a perfect place for kids or teens to chill out in their own space. The space is a loft, so it is open to the great room, but don't worry, there is safety glass closing off the space at the foot of the bunk bed.

Terrific Property Close to Deer Valley

This is one of those properties that met all my expectations and more. It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. Everything was in working order. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed for meals. The property is close to Deer Valley. Although there was a shuttle available we drove and parked (3min drive.) The two car garage was clean and conveniently supplied with a remote opener for our car. The condo staff was very responsive and friendly. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice townhouse in a great location

We enjoyed our stay in this well appointed, roomy townhouse. Location is perfect for quick access to the Snow Park lifts in the morning….as well as to the Park City restaurants and shops for apres ski.

Excellent Stay at Prime location

Our stay was fantastic. This location offered easy access to skiing. Accommodations were clean; which made us feel comfortable and relaxed throughout our stay. The communication with our host was great. Everything was as pictured, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen well stocked, great bedrooms and the TV selection was wonderful for a 5 year old and adults! A quick walk to Deer Valley resort a true bonus since we had a 7 week old baby with is!

Wondeful condo

The lakeside condo was perfect for our guys ski trip. Clean condo, comfortable beds, nice furnishings, and all necessary supplies. It's a short 5 min walk to the base of Deer Valley, or you can catch the DV parking lot shuttle 50 yards from the condo. Park City Host did an excellent job communicating. Everything about the stay was great.

Immaculate, comfortable and great location!

We came to ski Deer Valley and this place was perfect. A minute walk to the D.V. parking lot shuttle and we were on our way to the slopes. This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Hats off to the cleaning crew. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms look brand new. Can’t wait to go back. Thank you!

Great Experience!

I knew it was going to be a good experience when they had new pans and sharp knives! Thank you to all those before us for taking proper care of those. We had 2 families with elementary aged children. The beds were comfortably hard. The floors and stairs creaked more than ideal, but we were always in bed early after full days of skiing! The walk to the DV shuttles was about 100 yards and so easy and quick if the DV Direct Shuttle app was slow. Really the entire experience felt like the easy button. We would stay here again!

Perfect ski condo

We were looking for condo for seven adults and walking distance to deer valley. This was perfect. Very comfortable, well equipped and clean. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t there. And the downstairs area for ski boots, jackets etc was perfect, everything was in one place made it very easy for everyone to get their boots on and out the door in the mornings. The proximity and easy walk to deer valley was the best!

Fantastic location for a family DV trip

The best thing about this property is the location. You walk a few hundred feet to the DV parking lot, catch a tram, and are at Snow Park in minutes. With kids to get to and from ski school, that convenience is a game changer. The accommodations were nice and welcoming. The property manager was very responsive and available. If I had to pick one thing to share as an area for improvement it would be to fix the switch for the gas fireplace so you don’t have to use pliers to turn it on. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip as a family of 5 here and would recommend!

Almost perfec

Great location with a 3 min walk to the parking lot shuttle to the mountain. Only downsides were: - One heat zone for a 3 level unit meant it took some adjusting of the vents and additional portable heaters to get heat to the lower level. - The bunkbeds in the loft were a plus and a minus. With the kids going to bed early it meant adults couldn't talk or use the LR on the main level once the kiddos were in bed at 8:30. - The lower level carpeted bedrooms were fine though the carpets a bit moldy, as is often the case with below grade bedrooms.

Great for our family of 7! Great location for dining on Main Street and drinks and views at the St Regis. Close to sling and snowshoeing for us as well. Very clean and great communication from management company. Would highly recommend!

Spacious unit in ideal location

Loved our stay in this property. It is a great space for a family or a larger group, and with 2 master suites and 2 additional sleeping areas, it would work well for 2 families traveling together. The unit is clean and well cared for. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We also appreciated that the unit had plenty of fans available and plenty of extra blankets, pillows, etc. Garage is big enough for a large SUV. It is a quick walk to to the closest ski lodge, and we were also able to walk to Main Street in about 20 mins. Property management company was very responsive via text when I had a question. The only minor complaints I had were (1) we could only find 3 dish towels and could have used more and (2) the paper goods (paper towels and tp) were poor quality and we ended up buying our own. Definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future.

Best equipped condo we have rented

This is a great condo close to the Deere Valley ski area. There is a shuttle to the mountain and a bus to town. The kitchen has everything including knives that actually cut food. The only criticism is the bedrooms on the lower level are colder than upstairs. This should be a separate zone. This may be caused by the unusually cold weather we had during our stay.

Great location and accommodation

My husband, two daughters and I recently stayed in this townhouse for 4 nights. The location to Snow Park is excellent - a direct walk or short, free, shuttle ride directly from the unit or around the corner in the Deer Valley parking lot. Additionally, Main Street is less than a mile away, also walkable or a short Uber drive. The unit itself is clean and very well stocked with towels, blankets, kitchen ware, washer/dryer, etc. it is a cozy well utilized space.
