Welcome to your fabulous beach retreat! This home takes beach vacationing to the next level with an elegant layout and exquisite details. This exclusive home offers luxury coastal decor, lots of private deck space, and proximity to local favorites like La Cocina, Pescado, and The Pearl for up to 14 guests. Seacrest Sanctuary sits towards the front of Seacrest Beach, steps from 30A, and is nestled between the world-renowned subdivisions of Rosemary Beach and Aly's Beach on the east end of Highway 30A.

An elegant open-concept living room and dining room perfect for large group gatherings will greet you upon entering. From there, the fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing beachside snacks or full meals. Perfect for entertaining, the spacious 1st floor is complimented with a full-size Pool Table in a game room right off the kitchen. It is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to add some competition to their vacation while enjoying each other's company. A guest half-bathroom completes the formal entertaining spaces on the first floor.

The first bedroom lies nearby and holds two double beds and a private entrance to the nearby bathroom. This large bedroom provides privacy for older kids or teens or is a perfect alternative for guests preferring first-floor accommodations. A spacious attached guest bathroom can be open to the entertaining spaces or locked to provide a little more privacy en suite.

Up the stairs, guests will find the master bedroom complete with a king bed and private balcony with custom "dueling" porch swings to relax and catch up on their favorite book or work emails. The master suite bathroom is well-appointed, with a stone-style walk-in shower and plenty of storage for all of your essentials. Across the hall is the third bedroom with a queen bed, private balcony, en suite bathroom, and lounging couch, which converts to a day bed to sleep an extra guest. This bedroom may also serve as a second master bedroom for those groups looking to vacation together. You can find a special surprise of all the beach toys you need in the enormous walk-in closet. Complimentary chairs and umbrellas give guests ease and flexibility to enjoy time in the sand at their leisure.

The third floor hosts the fourth bedroom, a kid-friendly space with a triple bunk bed containing twin-size beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and sunset watchers paradise private balcony with a quintessential 30A view of the neighborhood's rooftops.

The Seacrest Beach Community features the largest pool on 30A, a 15,000-square-foot oasis with fountains and lagoons, making a resort-style vacation like no other. Backing the walking path to world-renowned Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Sanctuary is just steps from all the best shopping and dining 30A has to offer. Downtown Rosemary Beach and Peddlers Pavillon are yards away and offer incredible dining, nightlife, and live music. Truly a beach sanctuary!
