This 2BR/2BA ground-floor villa offers luxury and convenience with partial ocean views and no stairs. Key features include:

• Spacious 1350 Sq ft layout
• Sleeps up to 6 guests
• King bed in master, queen in second bedroom
• Three ocean-view patios

ADA Features:
• Ground-floor location with no stairs
• Walk-in shower with grab bars (hall bathroom)
• Wheelchair-accessible sinks (Kitchen & hall bathroom)
• Lowered closet bars in spare bedroom
• Newer laminate floors. All hard surface flooring.
• Handicap parking stall in front of the unit

Additional Amenities:
• Fully equipped kitchen with newer stainless appliances

Cozy condo

The beach condo was very comfortable, clean, everything you could possibly need, ADA compliant, and the hostess was very accommodating. Enjoyed the ocean view and trails to the beach. Seeing deer and quail was wonderful to see too! Highly recommend.

Weekend getaway

Dianes property is meticulous! Comfortable beds and pillows, lots of amenities, and wonderfully located with ocean views from the patio. Bonus for us was the Accessibilty since our daughter uses a wheelchair. We look forward to coming back!

We have stayed at Villa del Mare a few times now and each time it is a fantastic trip! The unit has everything needed to make a beach trip enjoyable. Communication with Diane, the owner, is great! We love Seascape Resort and this unit is in a perfect spot! Will definitely return!

Beach getaway

Diane left no detail out to assure a comfortable stay at her well appointed, level in condo at Seascape Resort. She anticipated every need, including snacks to enjoy. The accessibility to both the beach and swimming pool, as well as to the grass area, made my 4 & 7 yr old grandsons & their parents very happy! I definitely recommend this rental without any hesitation.

Mom’s birthday weekend

Had a great time down at Seascape this weekend! The early check-in time was super helpful and the unit was beautiful. It had very nice finishes and furnishings and was just perfect for the birthday for Mom. Location was very nice and private, yet close to the pool and beach.

Great getaway!

This was our second visit to this property and it was, again, awesome! Everything about the condo is welcoming and accommodating. Instructions about entering the unit and checking out were very clear and Diane was very helpful in her communication. Will definitely stay here, again!

Wonderful accommodations for elderly parent

We had a short stay at Rio Del Mar, but our accommodations were perfect for 3 sisters and our elderly mother. The ground floor, one-level condo with a handicap shower and handicapped parking out front was ideal. The unit is tastefully decorated, and Diane’s thoughtful touches with toiletries, condiments, spices, and snacks was much appreciated. We lost power on our second day, and several flashlights in the unit helped us immensely. Diane was also accommodating of our need for an alternate checkout arrangement. While we had neither the weather nor the time to properly enjoy the Seascape resort, I would not hesitate to return to Rio Del Mar.

Great place for my elderly parents

Clean and quiet space, very comfortable and spacious. Well-stocked kitchen. Beautiful location with ocean views and deer wandering up the patio. The ADA features were perfect for my elderly father who was visiting - something that is really hard to find in rentals. A great find! Responsive host.

Wonderful Condo

My father wanted to celebrate his 80th birthday in Santa Cruz. Since 3 out of 4 of us have mobility issues, finding a place that was ADA accessible was our main goal. The condo was wonderful. And it had a lovely view of the ocean. The location was great. Just a few minutes to our goal of the Boardwalk Thanks to Diane who answered all my questions and texts. Hope to come back in the future at some point.

family love and a wonderful place to honor our son

We had a wonderful time. Our 2 year old granddaughter had a blast peeking out the back door at the deer who frequented our patio. The communication with the owner was over the top-even when I had to change our reservation. The place was clean, spacious, and peacefully decorated. The first floor, one-story end unit, was great for a busy toddler. We appreciated the snacks and basic items we sometimes forget while traveling. Thank you, We will return! Carole

Great location, clean, very relaxing

We would definitely return to this property. It’s a short, fun walk to the beach and having a spa and pool were great for our kids. The host clearly takes care of the condo and we had no problems whatsoever. She is very thoughtful in having it stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, had a great view, and was definitely big enough for four of us. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing break.

My family and I live approximately 45 minutes from Seascape Resort. I am a Real Estate and Loan Broker with vast experience in long term and short term rentals. I have owned and managed many properties including Vacation rentals. We purchased this unit because we fell in love with the location near the end of the building away from all the noise. We really likes that it has no stairs and 3 patios to the greenbelt space. Our unit also is next to the beach trail which takes us down to miles and miles of beaches. The unit is remodeled and has ADA attributes.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This property is spacious end unit with no stairs and offers 3 patios. Plus the beach path is right next to our unit. We have a family of deer that like to munch on the vegetation right out side our unit. It's is perfect for a weekend getaway, week long family trip or a romantic escape.
