This large brand new home is available for your family or group of friends. Remodeled from top to bottom. Home features a large open Kitchen/entertaining area with fully stocked kitchen, all major appliances and Keurig coffee maker supplied with pods, sweeteners and creamers. 3 full and one half bath with 2 tiled showers and one claw foot tub. All towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner supplied. We have 2 bedrooms in the back of house, one up and one down, that are cut through rooms. You must walk through a bedroom to get to the back bedrooms.
Keyless entry for easy check in and check out. Please note we have outdoor cameras with speakers on exterior back, front and privacy front gate for security purposes.

Loved this house and location!

House was exactly as described, clean, and the perfect space for our group. Host was very responsive! Loved the area and was a quick drive from the Expo center. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance! Would book again!

A large group of friends just stayed at this property. The location was amazing, walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. Plenty of sleeping space. Accommodations were fantastic. Owner was very kind, helpful, quick response time and very easy to book with! Highly recommend this place and have already shared it with others who are looking to visit Louisville next year!

Great Celebration with Brother/Friends

Amazing location with lots of local bars and restaurants. Tons of beds. Kitchen is spacious and a great place to hang out during the day. Backyard is also nice with high fences and lots of shade.

Great Weekend Stay for 9

9 people (including me) slept comfortably here for 3 nights. We were out on the weekend touring the bourbon trail so this was our home base for meals and hanging out after long days. The house was just as described in the listing and the kitchen was perfect for cooking. We all had a good time. There were also plenty of places within walking distance when we needed them. I highly recommend this host and location!

Renting thsi home was as smooth as teh Kentucky Bourbon was.

Jill our host was in constant communication leading up to and during our stay. We had a few questions and requests before our arrival, and all were addressed to our satisfaction. This property is in a great location surrounded by plenty of bars and restaurants, which perfectly suited our group of 12. I highly recommend this property and host. We look forward to our next trip to Louisville and staying here again.

Bachelor Party - 16 Guys

This property was perfect. Took a trip to Louisville from the Chicagoland area. Originally had plans for 18 guys but it dropped to 16 by trip time. The house is perfect for a larger group. Tons of room, enough so you can have some privacy away from the group if you want. Everyone had their own beds. Options for own rooms too. The location was great. Walking distances to breakfast, coffee and bars. About a 20-25 minute drive to a casino in Indiana and around 25-30 minutes to a couple of great golf courses. The hosts were great too. Very quick to respond to messages and very accommodating. They left a few games behind that were very good for a group to have a good time with. Thank you again!

Stop looking and book The Mint Julep!

Renting this home was the best home rental experience I have had globally. We rented the house for 3 nights for a bachelor party with 13 guys. The location and space could not have been more perfect. The house is beautiful, completely remodeled and spotless clean. Very comfortable beds. The proximity to bars, food, coffee and groceries/essentials in 2 blocks or less cannot be beat. Just minutes from the airport too. I was so grateful for how well stocked the house was with towels, high end products in the showers, even coolers for the bus if you're hitting the bourbon trail. Jill and Harry also accommodated an early check in and late check out, no questions asked. Stop researching and book this place!

Great place to bond

Girls LOVED the rooms to hang out in between games. Only 15 minutes to the Expo Center/Kentucky Kingdom. Girls loved the Dairy Kastle about 10 min away. Starbucks walking distance down the street. Tons of nightlife available along the street for adults if wanted. House was well equity and beautifully renovated! The back patio space looked lovely but we didn’t get a chance to enjoy that space.
