Perfect for a couples trip for two

BAD!

Horrible road conditions. Blizzard warnings with multiple advisories not to travel. Took advice and did not make the trip to Bend. Contacted your company to see if the dates could be moved or money recovered. Was told no. Was not allowed to talk to property owner. Very disappointed with your company’s unbendable policy in extenuating circumstances. These were not normal conditions for Oregon.

Great place to stay.

My stay was relaxing. Nice clean room. The only things I would change is adding a love seat or someplace to sit and watch TV instead of the bed or kitchen table. Bed fram needs tightened too. But I still enjoyed myself and will stay here again in the future.

Cute plane, great location. There was an issue with the heating but they went out of the way to assist and got a few space heaters for our stay until they could fix the problem. We would book again.

Perfect location. Everything we needed.

This little studio was a perfect base for the two of us to explore the area. We brought bikes and rode the trail out our front window. A beautiful little walk on the river to town. Quiet area, beautiful river steps away. The exposure to people walking by on the trail with the curtain open wasn’t an issue, there’s a reflection on the glass that makes it really difficult to see in. We enjoyed watching people go by, and no one even looked up in our direction. Only issue was the code given us to use the keypad on the door was not correct. I called and was given the lockbox code to retrieve a key. Would have been nice to not have to make a phone call to enter the room. Coffee pot and toaster and other kitchen essentials were appreciated. Will return!

Convenient location and beautiful views

We have stayed at this location several times. There are condos, as well as bedroom/kitchen combos. This unit is just steps away from the river with beautiful views. The property is adjacent to Pioneer park and a short walk to downtown and all the wonderful restaurants and shops that Bend has to offer. Property manager was a delight to deal with. We’ll be back!

Great location and affordable

We were looking for a place to stay on a long holiday weekend. Location and cost were very important. We walked to downtown every night and had river access to cool off and swim. The cottage/apartment was basic, but clean and met our needs. The bed was comfy, but VERY high off the ground- don't fall off.

Poor instructions on checkin

First of all vacasa was hard to work with, they needed me to identify myself over the phone when I told them I was in the middle of a business meeting, during that conversation there was no mention of the ac not working in the cottage that I was staying at. Was told that someone would contact me once I notified them about the issue, still waiting to hear back from them and it’s been over a week. The room looks like it needs a good deep cleaning. The location was nice, but hard to find. The room next to ours allows dogs and was woken up throughout the night by the neighbors barking dog.

Stay in Bend

We came to Bend to visit our grandson. We basically needed a place to sleep and this worked fine. The bed was comfy, just very tall. Would have loved to keep the curtains open as the river is right there but it’s a busy trail.

Great location

Perfectly functional space for a weekend in Bend. Location right on the river walk was phenomenal and made getting around a breeze. Definitely hotel room setup, not your typical studio rental, but we enjoyed it!

Peaceful Riverside Stay near downtown Bend

We spent two days at this property and really enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and clean and had an amazing view of the river. We loved that it was right next to the river and the river walk. It made getting into downtown Bend very easy (about a 10-15 walk from the place). You can also find a spot right next to the rental to swim in the river. Would recommend to anyone! :)
