4 bed, 4.5 bath former model home with full kitchen and laundry facilities. Multiple patios, ocean view, and grill.
Top level: eat in kitchen with large dining table seating ten plus breakfast bar. Living area with large flatscreen tv, surround sound stereo system, gas fireplace, reading nook, two decks off the living area.
Mid level: king bedroom master suite and two queen master suites. Wrap around patio with seating. Laundry room and half bath.
Ground level: Pyramid bunk room, full bath, game room with foosball table, kitchenette, and tv area. Grill and patio area. Side lawn perfect for yard games.

House rental includes Currituck Club amenities including free trolley service to the beach, beach valet, outdoor pool, (all seasonal), golf course and driving range, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and fitness center.

Close to Corolla shops and main highway. Wild Horse tours for 4 x 4 area, Harris Teeter, Duck Donuts, pizza, and ice cream shop next door. Only 5 minutes from 4x4 beach access.

Please no pets!! We must be aware of allergies of other renters!!!!

I will no longer provide beach chairs or beach umbrellas. Unfortunately all of these personal beach accessories were destroyed by previous renters.

I am only going to consider 5-6 night rentals. Cleaning fees and Covid concerns are not making short rentals feasible!

Family Trip

Fantastic place to stay. Close to club amenities, grocery and other shopping. Short drive to public beach or ride club shuttle. House was excellent and as described. Owner was great. Very easy to work with before and during the trip. Would recommend to others looking for a OBX trip.

Great house in an awesome location

Two families stayed here and had a blast walking to get dinner, duck doughnuts, and smoothies. We went running in the big neighborhood, hung out at the pool, and took the trolley to the beach. The amenities are wonderful and the owner, Kevin, was great to work with.

Very nice beach house!

We stayed here with some friends (4 adults & 4 kids) for a couple days during the holidays. The house is great! It was spotless and the layout is very nice. Kevin was super easy to work with and helped make our mini-vacation really enjoyable. I highly recommend this property.

Great Location and Host

We were pleasantly surprised with all the house had to offer including access to the clubhouse, pools, and planned events. The shuttle to the beach was greatly appreciated and provided easy access. The house location also was ideal as we were easily able to access many of the surrounding towns within 10 minutes. Kevin was very responsive and accommodating to any inquiries we had.

A lovely vacation

We booked our stay at Kevin's home less than a week out after a different host cancelled on us last minute. The property was very clean and close to amenities. Kevin was very helpful and communicative along the way. There was plenty of room for 5 adults, one kid and a toddler. We had a great time!

Nice place

Kevin was super communicative up front helping with sheets which weren’t part of the rental with Covid. Had issues at the end being blamed for smoking in the house but that never happened. We were late checking out because we had to do Two loads of laundry to leave clean sheets as requested. Nice place though.

Great experience, great property, great host

Kevin had been great from the very start. We booked our vacation very much last minute, and Kevin had been extremely accomodating with all of our requests. He made sure to check in with us after we arrived, and throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. The property itself was just as advertised. The location was awesome and close to everything we wanted to do, with a grocery store, Duck donuts, and a few other stores within a 2 minute walking distance. Our kids had tons of fun staying at the place, and the fact that the bedrooms are on the first and second floor, while the living room and kitcen are on the top floor meant we could party (read: watch tv) quietly without disturbing the little angels (read: imps) sleep. Would definitely come back!

Great Location

We loved our stay. It was close to pools, golfing, stores, ice cream, and restaurants. It was just a short walk to the beach or a ride on the trolley. The house was clean and well taken care of . Kevin the owner was very informative and communicated everything needed for a great stay.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house. The house has plenty of room for two families with 5 teenagers. It was walking distance to the grocery store, ice cream and Duck donuts. We loved that we could use the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and weight room. The shuttle to the beach was so easy. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great house. Convenient location!

This house was great. We are a family of 4 that wanted to do a beach getaway and this house was just what we needed. There's 3 floors, 4 bedrooms, a hot tub, and plenty of space. There were also may options for outdoor spaces as well with multiple balconies. The property is located in a country club and has use of all the amenities, including golf and the pool. There is a shopping center across the parking lot with multiple restaurants and a Harris Teeter. Honestly, outside of going to the beach, you really won't have to leave this parking lot. It was a great stay for us and the host was very responsive and helpful . Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful stay

This was our first real vacation with our little one (15 month old) and it couldn’t have been better. The house was so open, bright and clean! It also had everything we needed including a child seat for meals, toddler utensils and toys. The only things we brought from home for her were her pack-n-play and a baby gate for the upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, the showers were large and had awesome pressure and it was so nice to sit out on the back balcony and watch people go by with the ocean in the background. We also enjoyed the hot tub! So nice to relax at the end of a long day. The shuttle to the beach was SO CONVENIENT and honestly just a nice ride! The shuttle takes you to an area where there is a snack bar and beach valets so if you need help carrying your things to the beachfront, that is available. Whenever we needed something from the store, we’d just walk over to Harris Teeter and the pool/gym/playground etc was even closer. An ice cream spot was just right behind the house along with a super wings. There was plenty of space for our family and everyone had their own bathroom (grandparents slept in 1 queen room, uncle slept in downstairs bunk, baby slept in another queen room in a pack n play and we slept in the king room). Kevin, the property owner, was EXTREMELY kind, responsive and helpful! Any question we had he would answer within minutes and provide exactly what we needed. We are so thankful for such a great first vacation and gracious host!

Like a second home

This property was lovely. I felt like it was an extension of my home. We had 4 17 years old girls and two adults and never felt crowded. The property is conveniently located. We used the pool every afternoon and parked at the beach every morning without any issues. The community is well maintained and beautiful. Kevin was super accommodating. Thank you Kevin !

Long weekend vacation

We booked a trip for a wedding weekend Thursday to Sunday and the owner was very helpful with info on the house and helping us book. The house is beautiful and well kept with extra large showers nicely tiled, a large living area and plenty of room for the family to come together. Easily sleeps 8 with each bedroom having its own full bathroom. Minimal parking at the house, we fit two cars but maybe 3 cars if they aren’t SUVs, but no fear the golf club parking is 50 feet away. The Harris teeter grocery store is within view and can easily be walked to. Also beach parking and access as well as restaurants and shopping (timBuck II) are all within a mile or two. The golf coarse is right next door as well. Thanks Kevin it was a great place to stay.

Great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Harris teeter grocery store is just across the street and short walk to the beach.

Lovely Spacious Modern Cottage in the heart of Corolla

I was immediately pleased with the location, 10 ft from the Currituck Golf Club! (golfer’s in the family). This Lovely Modern Cottage has lot’s of functional space for a large family to spread out. It’s professionally decorated in soft greens, blues & neutrals, perfect compliment for the seaside & the furnishings are very comfortable. Great kitchen table for Epic Game playing with the family, any SKYTHE fans out there? When I booked this property I read all of the reviews & was immediately impressed by the kind & generous words used to describe the owner. All true. We had a difficult situation with a cleaning crew that unfortunately missed cleaning a handful of important areas. I was distressed so I took photos & called Kevin. He was upset because the cleaning people were hired & paid well for their services the morning before our arrival. He has very high standards. He told me he was Not OK with the photos I shared & was willing to work out a resolution that worked for everyone. Unfortunately that meant I had to haul my family out of the house the following morning by 9:00 am. They were grouchy & not too pleased to give up their morning. Kevin notified me immediately when the cleaning ladies were done & we got back in to the house by lunch time. The cleaning duo did a good job getting the mold, mildew, soap scum & dirt out of my shower & bathroom (but I was honestly shocked that they missed a major air exchange covered in 2 in of dirt & dust) it is a good 2ft by 1 1/2 ft & is located on the main open hall & stairway leading to the main family/kitchen area. You just cant miss seeing it. I didnt report back the air exchange problem til we were leaving ( We were only staying for 5 days & the family wouldnt have moved out again) Kevin was So KIND &CONCERNED for our well being. He wanted to make things right & gave us a days credit back for all of the headaches. Besides that mishap, we had a Wonderful stay & I would highly recommend staying here. Kevin is everything the reviews say & more!
