Indulge in the comfort and tranquility of this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home. Only minutes away from DT and UGA. Newly renovated home with a tranquil setting and all the amenities to make you feel at home. All new furnishings throughout and Tuft and Needle mattresses for your sweet dreams.
Covered Patio, outdoor dining with grill and fire pit.

The space
Bedroom one has a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Bedroom two has a king-sized bed. Bedroom 3 has two double beds. Dining table has seating for six, plenty of room for everyone to sit down together. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, flatware, cookware, utensils, blender, electric griddle, and toaster. Everything you need to prepare a lovely meal.
There are four flat screen TV's, one in the LR and one in each bedroom. You will have access to Spectrum cable TV with sports and movie channels and high-speed internet.
Enjoy the screened in porch with rocking chairs in the front as well as a spacious backyard with covered Patio, outdoor dining with grill and fire pit.

This house was great, we didn't get to use the outside because it was so cold out, but it looked really nice. But the inside met all our needs, so nice this really sets the bar for planning to stay in a VRBO instead of a hotel on every trip.

Great house with comfortable beds, fully stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. The Internet worked great and I was able to do several work video calls with no problem.

Perfect spot for football weekend.

Exceeded our expectations!

The house met and exceeded our expectations. It was a cute and clean property. We were 5 ladies that were in town for a women’s conference and the house was perfect. I will stay here again and recommend to anyone else going to the area. The owner Heather was very sweet and quick to respond to any questions. Lovely place!

Nice Weekend House

Came to town for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect for what we needed, so much better than staying in a hotel. Nice outside sitting area, having a carport is a plus if it if raining when leaving. Close to many restaurant options and close to the highway for quick in and out of town. The king size beds are huge and comfortable. Would stay there again if ever coming to town.

Great Experience

Heather provided a great home for us to spend the weekend with our UGA student. House was clean and well stocked for all our needs, with room to spread out, a large yard, and games for the whole family. She was also extremely accommodating during Easter weekend to give us a little extra time together.

Great place to stay

We had a great experience at this property—very clean, easy check-in and check-out, very cute/updated. Nice that it has two full bathrooms and also twin double beds in one of the rooms. Worked perfectly for a group of 4 adult friends and you could also easily fit more people. In terms of location, there’s not much walkable close to it in terms of restaurants, etc—at least as far as we tried to figure out—but then again everything in Athens is relatively close. And most of the time we had other destinations in mind. There’s a nice back yard/covered area, too, where you could hang out in warmer weather. Host was very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when returning to Athens.

House 2 of Family Covid Gathering

One family stayed in this house and we had the house right next door. It was great to go back and forth. This house has a great covered area with a fire pit close by. The camillas were blooming. Just beautiful and so comfortable.
