Peak 10 Place - Free Winter Shuttle to Lift - Ski-In, Ski-Out for Experts Only

This property has it all - CONVENIENCE, STYLE & A FREE SKI SHUTTLE* to the base of peak 9 (*during ski season, the shuttle stops every 15 to 20 minutes about 300 feet from the front door). If you are an intermediate to advanced skier, it is possible to ski-in, ski-out through the Burro Trail (PLEASE NOTE: This option is at your own risk).

*** A government issued ID is required 30 days prior to check-in.

The 3,118 square foot (4 bedroom, 3 full bath) residence is a half duplex that lives like a single family home and is perfect for families with two large living spaces to spread out and enjoy. The upper level is open with soaring ceilings, large windows and a mountain modern flair. Radiant (in floor) heat as well as 2 gas fireplaces (one up, one down) keeps the entire home cozy throughout the winter. And a large dining table in the great room comfortably seats eight for dining at home. There is ample, free parking and convenience with space for two average size vehicles in the garage. And the driveway itself has plenty of room for additional parking or for the kids to play.

During the summer, there is easy access to the burro trail where guests can enjoy hiking, (less than a mile into town) mountain biking or fishing on the blue river. But if relaxation is what you have in mind, there is a (6 person), private hot tub nestled in the trees which is located directly out the lower level of the property. Large windows keep the entire home bright and also provide beautiful views of both Peak 10 as well as Baldy Mountain. Enjoy the sun soaked patio in front throughout the year - on summer mornings, sit quietly with your cup of coffee as you watch nature "come alive." Or at the end of the ski day, enjoy cocktails while you watch the sun set behind the mountains. Don't be surprised if you see an occasional fox or moose winding down their day and looking for their own cozy spot to sleep.

*Transportation from home - Please note that start and end dates for the free shuttle service in the winter do vary and are based upon mountain opening and closing dates (winter shuttle schedule posted on laundry room wall). The shuttle does come every 15-20 minutes and drops guests off at the base of Peak 9 for equipment rentals, ski lessons and the Quicksilver Lift. Or in the summer, enjoy a quick drive or less than a one mile hike into town to enjoy shopping, dining and all that Breckenridge has to offer.

Return Visit Just as Good as the First

We stayed at this property last year and enjoyed it so much that we returned for an extended stay this year. The unit is very clean and works well with a family or friends. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. Ski in/ski out with an easy walk. No complaints at all.

Great Stay!

I have been to Breckenridge many times but have never stayed on the Peak 10 side. First of all, the location is great. You still have the convenience of ski-on/ski-off but without the congestion. You also have a shuttle bus that stops about 300 feet from the house and drops you off at the base of Peak 9 which is also extremely convenient. With regards to the property, its exactly as described and has more than enough room for 8 people. In my opinion, this was one of the nicest places that I have rented in Breckenridge. Its bright, clean, comfortable with plenty of amenities. Pam, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive with any and every question. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

Fabulous House for a Dream vacation in Breckenridge!

I cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous property! Our group had such a fantastic time and the house fit us perfectly! The property is fantastic with large bedrooms and beautiful common spaces to enjoy your friends/family and a large private hot tub which we took full advantage of! The house was really well stocked with everything we needed and has a super convenient shuttle at the end of the street that took us to the base of peak 9, which was awesome as we ski’d Breck 3 days! Pam, the owner, was great to work with, so accommodating and always responded quickly plus gave great tips on how to enjoy our time in Breckenridge. We truly felt so at home at this property and would absolutely book again in the future!

Beautiful Breckenridge Property

We have stayed at Peak 10 Place more than once. It's been our favorite of all of our vacations. Pamela goes out of her way to make the stay comfortable. From a hand-written note to a basket of snacks...we could not ask for a more accommodating stay. The bedrooms are very well appointed. While it's only ever been our family of 4 staying, the house could easily accommodate more than one family. The two living rooms make this stay ideal for families with older children who need privacy. The neighborhood is very walkable and there is easy access to Burro Trail. We walked to town most days. We cannot wait to return to Peak 10 Place!

Amazing home!

Best VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house was fully stocked with everything you might need. The owner Pam was an exceptional communicator and went above and beyond answering questions and leaving a lovely welcome basket. The house is set-up very well for one or two families or 4 couples. Great Place Near Peak 10

We stayed for multiple weeks and have nothing bad to say about the house. It’s well appointed, spacious, clean, and is in a great location. The front deck is very pleasant on a sunny day. The hosts are very responsive and met all our needs. A short walk to the Burro trailhead allows you to ski to the base of peak 9. A trail at the base of peak 10 takes you home at the end of the day. We plan to return next year.

Stayed 4 nights with 5 adult friends to ski Breck. Great ski-in/ski-out location, but equally serene and private. House is fairly new and in outstanding shape. We had outstanding communication with the owner/manager, and have nothing but good things to convey.

Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful house which was super clean with a mountain modern vibe. Perfectly sized for our group of 8 - two families with a mix of high school and college kids making the dual living rooms ideal. Kitchen perfectly stocked for a lot of cooking in we did. Owner went far beyond any other I've experienced with pre check-in tips for the town, immediate replies to the few questions we had, etc. Shuttle to the lift is just two houses down to the corner. Five star.

Home away from home

Comfortable. Pam was great, accommodating and very responsive. The house was well stocked with spices, sugar and all necessary supplies. We rented the house for 2 families of 4 and the 4 bedrooms were perfect for 6 days. We skied everyday and drove to the base - did not try the shuttle so I can’t comment on it. Overall, it was a great stay. Highly recommend.

Spring break 2023 was great!

We stayed with 3 other families during the week of spring break and had a great time! The house was roomy enough for all of us. The large room downstairs was great for the kids to hang out and play games. We had a small issue with the downstairs bathroom and Pam was very responsive. The house had everything needed to cook meals. The house is very close to the shuttle route that takes you to Peak 9 quicksilver chairlift, just a 2 minute walk.

Comfortable Ski HQ

Our group had a wonderful time at this home! The owners were very attentive to our needs and reached out to be sure all was as we expected. The home included many items in the pantry, so we did not have to purchase those items. This attention to detail was exhibited throughout the home during our stay. The little things that make a house a home - high end, comfortable furniture, personal touches, games, etc. Our group enjoyed our stay immensely. The ski out was very easy and dropped us at Peak 9 - Beaver Run or Quicksilver. Skiing in was a bit of a challenge due to some hiking in deep snow, but the shuttle is a great alternative and very easy. You will enjoy your stay in this home! We look forward to returning!

Fantastic home in Breckenridge.

The house was exceptionally spacious, comfortable and warm. It was well equipped and well laid out. The beds were comfortable and it was peaceful at night. The hot tub was well used after a day of skiing and we enjoyed 2 weeks over Christmas relaxing and enjoying Breckenridge. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could cook every night and there was also a BBQ. The more competent skiers could ski in and out and there was a bus to and from the slopes which ran every 15 minutes 100m from the front door. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. We would recommend this property without hesitation.

We love sharing our "happy place" with others that enjoy the mountains and are looking for a beautiful, convenient and peaceful place to stay.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The high ceilings in this half duplex, mountain home make for a comfortable place to rest after a day of skiing, hiking, shopping or whatever. Moreover, the house is on a cul-de sac street which adds to the quiet, peaceful setting with very little traffic. The only activity you will see from the front deck are the occasional neighbors walking their dogs, a skier heading to the slopes or maybe a moose dining on the aspen trees. It's such a great way to recharge at the end of an adventure filled days in the mountains.

Our property is half of a private duplex with great neighbors. Ample parking, a two car garage as well as the winter shuttle make it easy for everyone in your party to come and go as they please.
