Dear Future Guest!

Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.

Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).

Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Great Views and everthing you need is so close!

Loved it. There were so many good restaurants in walking distance. Hanging out righ on the boardwalk makes it so worth it.

Great Getaway

Set my wife and her friend up for a mom’s getaway as Christmas present. They said you can’t get a better view and sunset. Enjoyed the stay with great restaurants and beach right at your doorstep. Very responsive and kind host. She wants to take the family back in the future.

Christmas vacation

We stayed here for 7 days. We wish it could have been longer. What a perfect place to stay. Check in was a breeze. There were directions for everything. There is a parking space right by the door. I would recommend a small to medium size car. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could want or need. The rooms were good sized, and the beds were comfortable. Outside area was great for just sitting and watching the waves and the people. Sunsets were gorgeous. The boardwalk and beach are just steps from the door. We would stay here again and hope to do so in the near future.

Great stay!

The condo was very comfortable and had beautiful beach views, it was also immaculately clean. Had everything we needed for a long weekend stay with a toddler. Host was easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We hope to stay there again!

The PERFECT spot!

This property was everything is was advertised to be…and MUCH MORE!! Excellent location right on the boardwalk, great places to eat and shop all within a short walk in both directions. The BEST sunsets you will ever see!!! Owners were so friendly and welcoming, check in and check out was a breeze! Can’t wait to come back!

Girls Weekend!!

Our Beach stay was amazing!! The condo is absolutely perfect… steps to the beach, comfy beds(and pillows!!), beach chairs & umbrellas, a back porch to take in glorious sunsets and wonderful for people watching! The welcome we received by the owners was terrific, communication was easy, the condo was spotless and loaded with all the essentials we needed to make our stay incredibly memorable! We will be back again very soon!

An outstanding condo and location, within easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Ocean view is incredible. The actual condo is even better than the online pics. Highly recommend!!

Father and Daughter Get away

The Condo was just what we needed. My 28 year old daughter and I stayed for a long weekend. It was beautiful to sit out side and watch the sun set. We were even able to see dolphins swimming out in the ocean.

Amazing!!

We came down to see a concert at petco. The house was perfect, perfect, perfect!!! The location, view and the layout of the house were as perfect for us 4. Inside the house instructions were laid out perfectly. The labeling of the linens in the closets was my kind of home! Kitchen was well supplied, fridge clean and cold. The bed and the linens were so nice! Plenty of pillows and blankets. The beach chairs and beach accessories were amazing. Thank you for opening up your home. Would definitely like to book again!

Great location!

We had a great time at the beach! What a wonderful location, you can walk to many attractions/restaurants and a short drive to anywhere else you want to visit. Karen was a great host, very easy to get ahold of and quick to responses! We would recommend this property to anyone but it was especially nice with young kids because we didn’t have to pack anything to head over to the beach and a close walk back if we needed anything.

We are Karen and Mark. We purchased our beachfront condo from Dan and Virginia and want to make it as warm and welcoming as they did for twenty years. We live locally in San Diego and use our condo as a home away from home to share with friends and family. Nothing is better that a last-minute decision to head over to the beach, where we might pull up a chair on the patio, take a bike ride on over 20 miles of beach and bay bike trails, or get in the water to swim, surf, paddle board, or kayak. We know you will enjoy it too.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the location of this condo. We both grew up in San Diego and have spent a lot of time over the years in Mission Beach. We are so excited to own a property right in the heart of Mission Beach.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you might need. There is a Keurig coffee makes with complimentary k-cups to get you going. The main bedroom has a huge picture window that faces the waves, and has a mirrored coating to provide privacy while you are inside. The dining room has a large round table with plenty of room for six to spread out, and the living room has a comfy leather couch and love seat facing a big screen smart TV with cable and a Roku. Enjoy our free WIFI. Our reserved parking space is right outside of the condo to make loading and unloading easy.
