Great place, weekend stay

This house was the perfect size and my kids loved the double bed room with the tv, wish they had blackout curtains. Great view, quiet and relaxing. Summer stay and upstairs got a little warm but with the provided fans it helped keep the upstairs cool! Would stay again.

Good location and visual appeal, but Cleaning and Maintenace Service lacking

I give it 2 stars for the positives, Good location, comfortable furniture, quiet area, clean hot tub, nice deck furniture, plenty of plates, cups, glasses, above average kitchen utensils, sufficient towels for 6, tv's, games, plenty of cleaning supplies, and amenities, if they all worked correctly. However, other issues that can significantly impact a family stay or short vacation keep it from getting anything higher. The cleaning and maintenance service is apparently not following up on complaints or concerns of prior occupants that have been documented in the guest book located in the unit, and it not readily available when contacted. Had issues with appliances such as the refrigerator or dishwasher, plugged shower and tub drains, bed sheets not changed, and dirty kitchen utensils and storage drawers. The cleaning needs a follow up inspection to make sure they are meeting their promised Premium Clean Check list, in addition to checking appliances and tub and shower drains to insure proper operation.

Our horrible stay at eagle crest

I wanted to love this place, but I just couldn't. The first thing we noticed when we arrived was, the dark blue comforter on the master bed had stains all over it. It looked like someone wiped boogers on it. I immediately threw it in the washing machine. The next thing we noticed was, the hot tub was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. It had debree floating EVERYWHERE. I called vacasa and informed them something was wrong and it might need drained. They sent their hot tub guy out and he "shocked it." I asked how shock was supposed to get the debree out and he informed me that it had been "crystal clear" 2 days ago. Well it wasn't now. The next morning I woke up and checked the hot tub, it looked worse. I called vacasa again. I never received a call back, but I got a text saying hot tub guy was on his way. He ended up draining half of it, still leaving all the debree. He informed vacasa that it was "crystal clear", and it wasn't. The next thing we noticed was several cabinet doors in the kitchen wouldn't stay closed, causing you to bang your knees on them as your using the kitchen. We also had to rewash several items we pulled out of the kitchen cabinets before we could use them. The bar stools at the counter are the same height as the counter, making them completely useless for seating. The sheets on the double bed upstairs was covered in so much people hair, it was sticking through the sheets. We weren't comfortable sleeping on them, so we switched them out. The new sheets were only slightly better. The next thing we noticed was the mold in the master bath shower. Also, the floor by the bathtub was rotted and raised up from water damage. Nothing about this home makes you feel clean. We requested to be moved to a different location and were told no, and offered a $30 dollar refund. What a joke. We won't be staying in this home again. I expected better with the hefty price of over $1000 for only two days!! Complete rip off.

Great location, but some cleanliness issues

The place is in a great location, close to Smith Rock, Sisters, and Bend. We really enjoyed the hot tub and how quiet the area is at night. Giving only 3 stars as there were some pretty substantial cleanliness issues, which we are sharing directly with the owner. I’m hoping they’re able to resolve them as this really could be a five star home.

Nice Family Condo

This was a nice condo that provided plenty of space for our family of 5. 4 stars because the carpet could use shampooing and the master bed was very hard. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Perfect location

This is such a cute and comfortable home. The location is awesome. Right out the front door are walking trails that connect to hiking trails. You can see one of the clubhouses from the front door and there’s a little Greenside café that serves burgers and sandwiches also within a very short walking distance. The view from the back is amazing and the Jacuzzi was lovely.

Spring break getaway

Our family of four took advantage of Spring break and headed to Eagle Crest for four nights. The townhouse was the perfect floorplan for our two teenage sons and ourselves. We had one minor plumbing issue, but it was resolved very quickly by Vacasa. Thank you for a much needed, relaxing vacation.

Lovely!

The townhome was very clean upon arrival. It's located in a beautiful area outside of Tumelo that backs up to the golf course. I highly recommend it!

Great experience!

The space is well located, away from crowds, in a very peaceful and beautiful area. The space itself is comfortable and cozy. There's a fireplace that's aesthetically pleasing, good heating systems, a hot-tub that's very convenient to use, and a bath tub that is also great when it's too cold to be outside in the hot-tub. It snowed in the days leading up to our stay so we stayed in for almost the entire time and we had a great stay!

Bad timing

We were happy with the rental for the most part it. It was well stocked with the basics and as advertised, though it would have been nice to know that it was a condo when I booked. The main problem was that they started re-roofing all the condos in the area. The work didn’t usually start till 8:00 but the crew started showing up before 7:30. They also had their porda-potty and supplies stored in the parking area. Watching work crews going through the lot all day was not what I had in mind for a vacation.

Family reunion

The location was great and very convenient as we were there for a family reunion and the rest of our group was down the way. Our only complaints were with the cleanliness and the freezer. The freezer didn’t really work and left us without a lot of ice.

Not the greatest

I really don’t like to give anything other than a great review- but I’d be lying if I did. My first impression was that the carpet was pet stained badly and a horrible pet odor hit you as you walked in the door. Essentially the odor ( and stains) coming from the carpet is what got this a 3 star. I had to go buy slippers because I just couldn’t stand to walk on it. Yuck! I understand it’s a pet friendly home, but the owners needs to take out the old, peed on carpet. Also not a deal breaker by any means - there are no longer bunk beds like the pic shows. They have Unassembled it. Which takes up the entire bedroom. No room for walking. No Tupperware in kitchen. No ziplock baggies. Just would of hoped it would of been stocked better. However- the location is great. A 3 minute walk to the indoor pool. And the house is a good size. The only thing that got this a true 3 star was the bad pet odors. Oh and also- the bed sheets had long black dog hairs all over them as well as the towels. And I had to clean the scum rim off the bathtub. Who doesn’t clean the tub after someone leaves ?

Could be better

Property was pretty good with a few minor annoyances such as a shower head that sprays all over yourself & the floor when turning it on. A blender that was missing parts & unusable. We were supposed to check in at 4 pm but housekeeping did not have it ready until almost 5:30. The hot tub was not filled up enough & we had to call maintenance to come fill it & then had to wait for it to heat so couldn’t use it the first evening.
