Coveted Ground Floor Unit on the Golf Course side. Sleeps 4. First floor unit facing the first tee and fairway of the Brunswick Plantation Golf Resort. Newly painted and decorated with new furniture. Plenty of sunshine through triple sliding glass doors onto a large patio with the best view yet.
Updated Living room with 55” HDTV (Samsung) and adjacent large dining room. The large Master bedroom features a King size bed and a 53” HDTV (Sharp) with patio doors facing the Golf Course. Includes a full private bath.
The second bedroom features two Full size beds, a full private bath room with shower/tub unit, a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and sink and lots of room. A 43” 4K SMART Samsung TV is included.
The fully equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar, table and six chairs, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher and ice maker. Washer and Dryer are included for your convenience. All new appliances.
Linens and towels are provided. Free high-speed Internet WiFi and ROKU Streaming TV including Youtube TV. High-speed internet with speeds supporting Zoom meetings and Streaming TV shows or movies.
This unit is located on a very short walk up a private walkway to the main Club House. Available amenities within the resort include 27 holes of golf, driving range, outdoor pools, hot tub, tennis court, and fitness room. Restaurant/bar and pro-shop are steps away from the unit.
Brunswick Plantation is a beautiful, gated Golf community that is conveniently located just minutes away from Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach and downtown Calabash. You will also be less than 30 minutes to the heart of activities in Myrtle Beach including Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach and Tanger Outlet Mall.

Very clean, spacious and welcoming condo.

The condominium was very nice. Plenty of room and clean. Great bath towels. Loved being on the first floor and right on the course. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect Stay Again

My husband and I had a great vacation. This is our third time staying at John’s place and we just love everything about it. As always, everything is always nice and clean and the location is so peaceful. We enjoy the quietness in the community, the pool and not being too far from stores, restaurants and North Myrtle Beach. Thanks John for allowing us to return. Perfect for quiet long weekend for couple or small family

We wanted to be centrally located for OIB and MB, so this was perfect for my husband, son and me. We didn't play golf, but we should have! The unit was spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. The king mattress was exceptional. All the towels, linens, paper products for bath and kitchen were there. We went out for every meal, but the kitchen was totally stocked for meals in. No one was at the pool so enjoyed several hours there. They truly thought of everything. Check in and out was a breeze. A+++ experience

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. It is centrally located to restaurants, golf courses and shopping. The place is very clean and John is an exceptional host. We will be back again!

Lovely Stay

My husband and I decided to stay at John’s property for a second time in 2022 during the holiday. It was lovely, as expected. John’s property was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The view was peaceful and John even checked on us during the cold spell that was present for a few days in NC. We really enjoy staying at his property! We will be back.

Great vacation for all!!

We had a fabulous vacation this year! My kids who are 3 and 8 shared the guest bedroom with plenty of space, all the beds were very comfortable and the condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. We would absolute stay here again!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our vacation at this condo. Everything was wonderful and the condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The owners definitely thought of everything for renters. The location allowed us quick access to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores and anything else we wanted to do. Looking forward to returning next year. Will definitely stay here again!

It really was very nice, but we didn’t know until Thursday that the golf course was going to be closed Friday through the rest of our visit. Very disappointing to rent a place on the golf course and can’t play golf

Great Condo!

Super place! Very clean, very well equipped from linens to pots/pans, dishes, etc. Very nice appliances. Just overall really great. Would highly recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat. We love Brunswick. Terrific neighborhood to walk and bike around in. The golf course this year was in super condition. Thank you!!!

Golf vacation

This was our second time staying at this condo. The floors have all been redone and look beautiful! This location is so close to everything you could want to do in North Carolina. We played 4 rounds of golf at Brunswick Plantation courses and actually went to a local winery this year. Can't wait to come back again next year!

Nicer Than I expected

The Beauty of Brunswick Plantation

Highly recommend this unit and owner. Easy booking process and check in. We’ve stayed in other condos in Brunswick Plantation, but this unit was by far the most equipped. It had everything you would need from kitchen cooking items to comfortable furnishings and a wonderful patio to enjoy your mornings and evenings after a great day on the course or at the beach. If you’re looking for a great place stay in south/east North Carolina book here. You won’t be disappointed! Craig & Debbie

Property is located in the center of the Brunswick Plantation Golfing Community. They have strong security at the entrance gate, beautiful colorful landscaping throughout the community. Quiet, well managed and very nice amenities.
Only 7 miles to Sunset Beach, 9 miles to Ocean Isles Beach and 15 miles to Holden Beach.
North Myrtle Beach fun stuff is 10 miles south on US17.
