Escape to our comfortable 3 Bedroom Condo next to the slopes! Located at the top of the T-bar at Kimberley Alpine Resort, this condo provides easy ski-in/ski-out access, perfect for the skiers of your group. And in the summer, it is only minutes away from championship golf courses. After a day of skiing, enjoy the private hot tub, large deck and roomy living area.

Ski trip

Everything about the place was awesome. Communication with the prioritiy owner was fantastic. The location couldn’t be any better for skiing at Kimberley.

Family Ski Trip

Property is situated in a great location for skiing. Plenty of room for a family of 4. Minor property damage here and there but nothing that caused a problem or a need to reduce a 5 star rating.

Very nice property and great location.

Plenty of room for a group of people, for us it was three guys on our annual golf trip. They should advertise that they have a BBQ. We really like to grill and when I messaged the host, I was told they didn't have one. Upon arrival, we saw a very nice gas grill that was perfect for steaks each night. Would definetly book again!

Great final ski weekend

The location was perfect for us. Our kids could ski right out the back door down to the main chair lift. Then ride the T bar back up to the back door. We loved the hot tub and the place had everything we needed, and more! We got to ski the very last weekend that the hill was open, and the weather and skiing was fantastic. Check-in process was a little bit of a pain, but once it was over everything worked out great!

Great place - very much like the pictures - and we would stay there again. But we recommend you replace the torn shower curtain in the lower bathroom and attach the dishwasher properly as damage could be caused by not repairing these things which would not be the fault of the renter.

Great location but here are some details

We loved this place for 5 adults. Very big and great location. Here we s what we wish we had known - 2 bedroom, the other one is the common room in the basement. Ok as long as you Don care about a door or privacy - hot water is sporadic at best - hot tub good and clean - the lock broke and after 3 emails the management company told us to leave it unlocked “we’re Canadian “ - the kitchen is well outfitted - coffee maker is a #4 drip - management company was 50% responsive. Overall a 4 and great location being truly ski in and out and quite large.

Excellent property but couldn’t find a broom to clean up broken glass. Such an insignificant issue but the only negative we Found.

Wonderful location and view

The unit is wonderful and would rent again in a heartbeat- quiet complex, very spacious, has big bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The views are incredible and if you mountain bike or hike the location is ideal. The only criticism is having to deal with a third party company to check in, and the requirement to email pictures of your drivers license made me nervous. I understand security/renter confirmation is important, but dealing with three companies that were difficult to verify was worrisome for me as a legitimate renter. I feel like there are better ways to validate identity.

Beautiful condo. Problems getting in. The key pad was not working and was never repaired during our stay so the unit stayed unlocked while away. The hot tub also did not work and was not repaired in time for our stay. Big disappointment. Owner seemed unwilling to have it repaired

Amazing!!!

This private condo is located high on the ski hill with the most amazing views. It was quiet and serene. It had the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen. Even the bathrooms were supplied with high quality soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioners. The bed was very comfortable and had several good quality pillows. Even though there was a little bit of extra work registering with Superhog and Leavestown, it was worth it. We had a few inquiries along the way and they responded quickly and professionally. We even asked that the hottub water be changed and they had the company there the next day. I would rent this lovely home again in a heartbeat.

Access code to enter premises was incorrect. Had to call and get another one. Promptly responded to our requirement. Never received the welcome package . Had to contact the call center for wifi info. Promptly responded. Aside from these minor inconveniences , property was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay. B and B Pichette

Nice place, gorgeous view

Overall a very nice property that was easy to access and had a gorgeous view of the mountains. Right on the ski hill with easy access to the T-Bar as well. Some things could have been cleaner (there was a pile of beer cans outside the hot tub when we got there) and we found out there was no key available for the master bedroom after our 3 year old locked us out. The management company, Leavetown, was readily available though and they reimbursed us for the locksmith without issue. In summary, our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely stay here again.

Great condo, ideal location, loaded with the things you need!

We had a wonderful time at this ski in / ski out condo. Lots of space, parking for 2 cars, stunning sunsets and sun rises from the living room or hot tub, lots of towels, fully loaded kitchen with everything you need and more, laundry, downstairs entrance storage for ski equipment and clothing for easy entry and exit form/to the ski hill. The owners have been very thoughtful about what the guests might need and it was much appreciated by all.

Property was taken off VRBO details were gone and no proactive communication

The property wasn’t very clean, it was taken down off the app when we arrived with our 3 kids after driving for hours. No details available in the app I.e. wifi, door code, etc. No instructions left at the place. We immediately felt like it was a scam as we couldn’t access our booking as it had been taken down from vrbo but we had already paid and property management company confirmed our reservation was still valid. Beautiful location, sad that there wasn’t more care and consideration for our experience.
