Great family getaway

A very relaxing trip for our family with 2 young children. The outdoor pool/TV area are very comfortable, and we also had some fun fishing off the dock!

Beautiful home in South Marco Island with all conveniences just steps away.

Super Clean, spacious, new, and in an excellent location. Short walk to the beach and restaurants just around the corner. The dock provides easy access to the ocean and islands for shelling and exploring. Pool and hot tub were in top shape and private too - the screened in area including pool was a nice plus though bugs were really a non- factor this time of year. The neighborhood was private, quiet and very well kept. Communication, checkin checkout were flawless. Overall the house and experience exceeded our expectations - immaculately clean and well organized. Thanks Peggy !

Annual Family Vacation

Could not have been better accommodations. With my wife, 3 grown daughters and one granddaughter all desiring their own room and bathroom, this home was perfect having 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Location was very convenient to beach and restaurants, shops, etc. I only wish I could have brought my boat from Texas as the canal and dock is in the backyard. Pool off patio was great as well. All Perfect. Thank you to the host Peggy. Best, Tom

Excellent stay

The property on Marco Island was fantastic. The home has an amazing location and everything was in wonderful working order. Peggy was always available for anything that was needed. we cannot wait to return!

PERFECT GETAWAY!

The home and location is perfect. The house has everything you could need for your stay and trips to the beach. Peggy is a fantastic host and there for anything you might need. Layout of the home could not be better! Pictures do not do justice. Look forward to our next trip!

Great house for large group.

Very comfortable and close to everything. Actually place is better than pictures. Would recommend. Property manager is responsive. Only complaint was the awnings in the back were not working, afternoon sun is brutal especially if your trying to BBQ!

Great location, beautiful property!

We had a wonderful stay in Marco and the house was perfect. It was extremely well maintained, comfortable and we loved the pool area. The location was close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend this house and Peggy was very attentive and friendly.

Perfection

This place has it all! It’s incredibly clean, beautiful, has a great layout for families, the pool is great with a very large lanai. The outdoor furniture is so comfy, we stayed there for much of the mornings. We had a problem with the stove and the property manager came right over. She was so helpful and took care of everything. The location is also ideal. You can walk to everything! We rented bikes and stored them in the oversized garage. The only thing I could possibly complain about it there is no beach cart but our kids are getting to the age where they can carry their own toys so it was fine. The beach chairs provided were very comfortable.

This house is exactly as advertised. Beautiful, super clean, well-stocked with anything you could possibly need or want! The owner was very responsive and the location was amazing. Definitely somewhere we would stay again. Highly recommend.

Wow-so clean & close to public access beach

this house felt brand new: very comfortable beds, all rooms with private bath, very well stocked kitchen, nice gas grill, 6 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, beach toys, pristine garage, coolers, 4 fishing polls-with extra tackle, comfy pool furniture, very quick heated hot tub, well landscaped & clean canal dock, stocked laundry room with detergent, stain sticks, bleach, fabric softener, etc. plenty of garbage bags and a drawer full of ziplock supplies in kitchen, freezer cold packs for coolers, ice cube maker in freezer. The only thing I would ask for is: more pillows in each bedroom and enough toilet paper in each bathroom for the entire stay. It was so nice to simply walk to the beach & not worry about finding parking for your car!
