Coastal Waters is a classic 1950s Florida vintage hotel. Coastal Waters consists of 3 buildings with three floors.
It was recently converted to condos in January of 2021. The property has been modernized and updated with super-fast WIFI, a new heated pool, extended gas line to the grill area so no more propane tanks and digital wifi enabled door locks to provide easy access and simple contactless check in!
Oceanfront living on the first floor at the eastern-most point of the property. Watch and listen to the relaxing sound of the waves from the living room or bedroom, or step out onto your own private patio off the bedroom to feel the salt air.
Both rooms are also equipped with Smart TVs, to relax when the sun goes down.
The small kitchenette is supplied with all the basics to help you prepare simple meals and includes a high-top table that can expand to seat 4.
Private gate is located directly in front of the unit for easy beach access.
