No privacy

Both the living room and master bedroom had missing blinds and you could see into the 1st floor condo. Absolutely unacceptable for the money we paid to stay there! The owners need to take care of this before the next tenant stays there!!

Proximity to beach is everything

Sentry management is superlative.Great communication and service. Our unit had an updated kitchen and newer LVP in common areas. Ground floor made everything super convenient with easy access to pool, beach and laundry. I could not give an excellent because bathrooms were old and shower liner was moldy and there had been no upgrades.

Surfside 114

We loved our stay at Surfside. So beautiful and right on the beach! Unit was clean, kitchen updates were very nice. A ceiling and/or small fan in 2nd bedroom would be awesome. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Good

Everything was nice. The only things that were a bit of work to handle was the lock on the front door. And the blinds and the curtains. They were hard to use so I just stopped using them! There was a coffee maker but no coffee pot! All of this is small. Had a wonderful time. I will be back!

Surfside - Unit 114

Unit was very nice, we have stayed at Surfside for almost 20 years and always have a wonderful time. The unit was clean, well maintained and Sentry Management was very responsive. Great place to stay!

Oceanfront condo

This condo was perfect for our family of 4. Loved the updated kitchen and well-stocked cookware. Property opens right out to green lawn and gated pool overlooking the ocean with loungers positioned for an unobstructed view of the sea. Weather was perfect although pool was chilly. Floors were a little dirty when we arrived, but condo is supplied with vacuum and mop which we used to clean. We would reccommend this unit to others. Great for 2 kids with the twin beds. 😊

Surfside 114

This condo is great EXCEPT that two adults cannot sleep in a full size bed, which is what is offered (and has been offered) in the Master Bedroom. The owners should upgrade to a Queen or King and the place would be great. Unfortunately, we left feeling more sleep deprived than we did before we went on vacation because my wife and I absolutely could not sleep comfortably in a full size bed.

Not worth the money

This condo has a lot of negetives starting with the fridge in the kitchen. The front was full of rust spots and opening the door had more rust. A crack on one of the shelves. This fridge should have been replaced before rentals were accepted. The whole kitchen requires a gut job; peeling paint on old wood cabinets, whoever painted didn't even bother to paint underneath them. Levelors in the bedroom were inoperable. Trying to open them resulted in many of the slats which were broken to fall off. Living room lamp was broken with a hole in the ceramic base. Patio furniture was old PVC style and joints separated and caused me to fall off the chair not once, but twice from the two chairs. An attempt was made to fix each by screwing them back together which looked bad. The answer was to replace them all. I have photos of all these problems at 114 Surfside. I would never consider renting this unit again unless all the negetives are addressed. I would not recommending this rental to anyone else either. We paid almost $5000.00 for the month and expected better. I would like a portion of my rental be refunded.

Great Vacation!

We loved our stay! The condo/apartment was excellent and very convenient to the beach. My kids absolutely loved it here and we are looking forward to going back next year.

Great place for family spring break

Our family loved the location, with the patio opening right out near the pool area and the ocean beyond the pool. The condo was updated enough to be comfortable and had all of the basic essentials you would expect for a beach side condo.

Tara was great to work

Tara was great to work with! She always handled averyproblem or concern we had. We are sorry we will not be working with her next year. If our condo had been remodeled as advertised we would still be using Tata!
