***While we look forward to welcoming you, please be aware that the Hawaii Electric Company has notified us of periodic power outages that may impact our resort from time to time. These outages are part of the Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) strategy that is being implemented across the island to proactively shutoff power to help prevent wildfires when certain conditions exist. The Hawaii Electric Company expects these precautions to remain in place on the Maui, Oahu, and Hawaii Islands for the foreseeable future.
Due to these potential outages, owners and guests are advised to travel with any necessary items you may need in the event of a power outage. Please refer to the above Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) link on how to prepare. As noted, these outages could occur at any time and may last for up to one to three days.
Our front desk and pre-arrival teams will provide any additional information available that will be relevant for your stay.
Construction Updates
The resort’s Molokai, Maui, and Lanai towers will be undergoing a significant villa refurbishment and plumbing infrastructure renovation project, which is currently anticipated to take place approximately June 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, and Sept. 13, 2025, through Dec. 12, 2025. This work will occur daily between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. HST, and there will be construction noise, including noise from demolition, operating machinery, and carpentry. There may be intermittent impacts to resort amenities during the project.
We appreciate your understanding during these resort enhancements. If you have questions or want additional information regarding the potential impacts of this project on your stay, you may contact the resort team at 808-667-1200.
Most high demand season weeks are offered in SEVEN NIGHT INCREMENTS. HOWEVER, we may be able to offer longer or shorter/midweek stays depending on the time of year - another reason we encourage you to message us to assure the matching of your dates with the best rate ***
