Ocean View Queen Suite

Fully updated studio at the popular Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This 9th floor 400 sq ft fully-furnished unit was updated in fall of 2020 with a brand new vinyl floor, new queen mattress, queen sleeper sofa, 50” Smart TV, and a customized LED fireplace, all highlighted by the gorgeous view of the ocean as the main focal point!

This unit is perfect for a couple, or a couple with 1 child. It features a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress. Sit on your private balcony and relax to the soothing sound of ocean waves. A breakfast bar with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, cups, and dishes make the perfect area for a quick breakfast before heading out to enjoy a day at the beach or all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Just around the corner from the breakfast bar, there is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, toilet, hairdryer, and oversized vanity with sink. Basic toiletries are provided such as shampoo/conditioner, lotion, bar soap, make-up remover wipes, rolls of toilet paper, bath towels, washcloths, dish towels, dish soap, and paper towels. Also available on various floors are ice machines throughout the resort. After a day on the town or at the beach, relax and enjoy the 50" flat-screen Smart TV with basic cable & access to Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV with your own subscription.

Pool wrist bands, a building key card, and a parking pass are left for you in the unit. The parking pass is to be displayed on your dash or hung from the rearview mirror in order to park in the multi-level parking garage across the street or the parking lot north of the building. (Please note: not responsible for towed vehicles.)

The room was cozy and romantic. Room was great.....sort of doesn't belong with resort. Fireplace was a great plus. Bed was sooo comfy! We would stay again...only in that room at that resort. The people at the resort were very friendly though. Looks like a lot of renovations being performed. But my host Mr. Brandon was excellent and took care of our needs. Thanks a bunch! I am Tiffany Moore and I approve this message!!!!

Absolutely amazing

My stay here was absolutely amazing. The studio was welcoming, cozy and most relaxing at night with the fireplace. My morning coffee on the balcony with the views were breathtaking. The bed…OMG THE BED…it was the best two nights of sleep that I’ve had in a long time. I will absolutely be back. My kids had a great time as well especially at the pools. Thank you for being an awesome host and responding back immediately when I had questions. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

On the Beach

Nice up grades in the studio apartment. It looks exactly like the pictures. 5 min walk or less to the beach which is a ++. Although the unit faces a Public parking lot there is a side view of the ocean from the balcony. The one reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the bathroom. There’s obviously a moisture issue as there is a humidifier in the bathroom. The paint to the ceiling is chipping and peeling pretty bad and the shower curtain and cocking around the tub had mildew. Brandon was very quick to respond any time we had questions. And check in was a breeze. For the most part it was a ok stay for a last minute trip.

This being my first time using Vrbo, it was a awesome experience. The place looked exactly like the photos and it was so comfortable. Brandon was great, he was accommodating, made sure I had everything I needed and continued communication through out the whole process. Cozy Beach Experience

With the view of the ocean right off the balcony, this location was a great spot to experience what Myrtle Beach has to offer. Even though the room was in a hotel you didn’t feel like you were in one. It has an amazing fireplace and is well furnished. This places gives you all you need to relax and recuperate for the next days adventures.
