This beautiful new construction cottage is a perfect getaway for a couple, or friends. The open floor plan features granite countertops, two bathrooms, two smart TVs, high speed internet, a private deck, French doors, and more, all bathed in natural light. Outdoors you'll find Adirondack chairs, a seasonal fire pit, Edison lights, and a spa, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or taking in the sights in Yosemite National Park. The Space:
Comfy cottage perfect for couples looking to getaway in a beautiful mountain landscape, a backdrop of Yosemite National Park allows guests looking for an adventure to wander and explore. Mariposa offers a unique getaway for those looking for a step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Whether you choose to stay in and enjoy the cozy wood burning stove and large windows, share a glass of wine on the porch, or roast s'mores over the private firepit you're sure to enjoy your stay!
This single bedroom cottage is located centrally between the West and South Entrance of Yosemite National Park and sleeps up to two people. With a large king bed in the bedroom. A rollaway bed is available. The living is room is large and opens up to a small porch that overlooks the firepit and many oak trees. The main living areas have an open concept design. The first bathroom is accessed from the living room. The second bathroom is off of the bedroom. The kitchen features an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and is stocked with all that you need to compose a great meal.

Getting Around:
Cody's Comfy Cottage is located approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Mariposa and 20 minutes from Oakhurst. Both feature great restaurants. We are located nearly equidistant from the South Gate Entrance of Yosemite National Park and from the Arch Rock (West) Entrance.

Great place to stay
This cottage is a great place to stay. My wife and I had an amazing time staying here and visiting the surrounding areas. Would definitely come back again.

Everything you need
A quiet place not too far from Yosemite. Enjoyed all of the amenities and everything we needed was there. It was very clean and it was nice having two bathrooms for two girls.

The cottage was cute and in a nice quiet setting. Yosemite entrance was an hour away. There was an ant problem that was addressed by Dylan . Hot tub did not heat past 97 degrees but was still relaxing.

Yosemite get away
We stayed 4 nights while exploring the area and Yosemite… The house and property were perfect for a remote getaway. Enjoyed the wild turkeys, deer, fire pit, hot tub … Mariposa is really cute. Had lunch at 1850 - delicious!

Nice cabin
The location was perfect for this little cabin. The owner was very responsive to any issues we ran into. One issue we did have was the cleanliness upon check in. The floors appeared not to be swept as there was black hair everywhere. I quickly swept them on my own and all was better. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend to others!

This property was even better than the photos. We felt extremely comfortable and at home. The property and cottage were extremely clean and every detail was covered. Highly recommend for a quiet couples getaway. 5 stars all the way!

Peaceful getaway in the woods.
This is a wonderful cottage for two. We really enjoyed the property. The bed was very comfortable as was the seating in the main room. Kitchen gadgets were enough to work with for some small meal prep. Very clean, and Dylan was very responsive. The best part was the outdoor spa for two after hiking all day at Yosemite. There is wifi for watching Netflix or some tv programming. Bring your login info if you want to sign in to your own TV apps and remember to log out before you leave.

Location, Location and more Location!
Fabulous. This cabin is next to the larger cottage which I assume can be rented out as well. Cody's Cozy Cabin is just that! Only space for two - my nephew slept on the couch and I in the comfy queen bed. Two bathrooms so very helpful. Clean working hotub (room for two). We didn't mind the hour or so into Yosemite park as the drive has spectacular views. Also, being close to Mariposa was fantastic for the Art galleries and quaint shops and cafes. Mariposa Coffee company was a great start to our day -its right on the road to the park- This cabin is probably the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Call ahead for specifics on what is stocked in the kitchen. Soaps provided as well as shower amenities. Great water pressure! Dylan was great with all of our questions/needs while there. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. Nice touches like outdoor pit and adirondak chairs. Perfect artist retreat! Hope to be back again soon!

Coziest Cottage Near Yosemite
Had a wonderful stay. The cottage was charming and perfect for my husband and I. We enjoyed delicious food in town, and were able to easily experience the beauty of Yosemite. Communication was perfect. Will absolutely be back.

My husband and I stayed here after getting married inside the park. It was very spacious and comfortable. Check in and out was super simple, they sent us info with restaurants recommendations as well as things to do locally!

Simply Amazing.
From reserving the property to leaving the property was simple, quick and quite spectacular. Everything was so simple and the host was always there to assist you whenever you needed him. He was just a message away. The rental was beautiful and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. A very lovely place to stay if you are looking for a getaway from the city. I would 1,000% recommend.

Well appointed, Relaxing Cottage!
I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The cottage is well decorated and modern, but in a wooded setting. The hot tub and outdoor fire pit (with wood provided!) are nice touches, and being able to control the indoor temperature was appreciated. The kitchen supplies (pots/pans) are good, but bring your own spices/oils/condiments and tin foil if you use it (there was plastic wrap there). The coffee provided was tasty too (bring your own creamer). The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom has a large tub that's great for a relaxing bath! There was nothing I didn't like...except that I was on a "workcation" and wished I could have spent more time relaxing. Yosemite is 1.5 hours away and good grocery stores are 25 minutes away in either Mariposa or Oakhurst.
