Calme, paisible et isolée, à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la plage de Zoni et à 10 minutes en voiture de la ville; notre maison de 2 chambres entièrement équipée est une retraite merveilleuse loin de l'agitation des lieux de villégiature typiques. Voir aussi Zoni Breezes Upper et Lower # 288656 et # 345119. Pourquoi partager une maison ou rester dans un appartement alors que vous pouvez profiter de l'intimité de toute une maison (plan d'étage ouvert / hauts plafonds)! La maison est entourée par des milliers d'acres de campagne vierge et de sentiers de randonnée, avec une vue sur l'océan depuis la partie supérieure de sa parcelle d'un acre. La plage de Zoni à proximité est incroyable et peu fréquentée. Plusieurs fois au cours de la semaine, nous sommes les seuls sur une plage de sable blanc et doux d'un kilomètre de long avec de doux alizés balançant des cocotiers verts et des eaux turquoise cristallines. La plongée avec tuba et la plongée à Culebra sont parmi les meilleures des Caraïbes. Pour utiliser la carte de débit lors de l'hébergement, un dépôt de garantie entièrement remboursable de 50 $ est requis, qui doit être débité avant l'occupation. Location de véhicules utilitaires sport: Vous pouvez louer notre Mitsubishi Montero 4 portes, 4 roues motrices à 55 $ par jour pour 5 personnes ou moins et à 65 $ par jour pour 6 personnes ou plus. Un dépôt d'essence de 100 $ est requis pour la location du véhicule. Une carte de crédit (pas de carte de débit), une assurance responsabilité civile automobile et un permis de conduire sont requis pour la location du véhicule. Nos gérants de maisons et de véhicules, Ron & Debra, assureront le transport aller-retour entre le ferry et l’aéroport lorsque vous louez le Montero pour chaque jour de votre séjour.

Arrived at the property and the bed was not cleaned. Towels all over the place, trash bag full, food in the fridge, food in the sink. Talked with the owner and I’m still waiting for the refund he promised.

A true getaway

Comfortable, practical accommodation with an incredible view and one of the most beautiful beaches just down the hill. Tom was accessible and helpful with every aspect of our stay.

Great family vacation haven

We stayed 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Location was close to Zoni beach and not too far from the other beaches. Air conditioning worked great as we were there during a heat wave. Beds were comfortable and the beach chairs came in handy. Tom was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We rented his vehicle as well and it got us around the island nicely.

Great stay!

Super quiet, off the beaten path house, perfect for peace and quiet. We enjoyed the sunrise over the hill and deer grazing in the fields nearby. 15 minute car ride to anything. Tom is very fast to communicate with you and attentive to your needs for your stay.

this was a great spot to relax and be far enough away from town but close enough to everything. zoni beach being super close. but the island isn't to big anyways. We really enjoyed out time.

It was an easy check in and the place was a short drive to Zoni Beach which was the best beach on the island in our opinion.

Out of the way getaway

The rental was just as described in the listing. We enjoyed the place and used it as a starting point to Flamenco, Zoni,, Tamarindo,, and town in the morning and a place to return to from the activities of the day. The local property managers changed just before our arrival but we (us and the host) dealt with it just fine.

Canceled by owner

This property was canceled the day before I was to arrive because it was double booked. The car I was supposed to rent with the host (even though it was canceled never did make it to the airport). It was supposed to be there with the keys in it. There was only one morning flight in so not sure how the host didn’t know when I was arriving since I said I’d be there in the morning. I had to book a new house the day before arrival and a car once I was there. Host offered to help with the significant price difference between the new and old house. To date I’ve not receivers any money. My trip ended up costing twice what I budgeted. The new place was one bedroom instead of two and was twice as much… very limited options for the next day. The only other option was to stay in town and not being in town was my first criteria for the trip.

Quiet getaway

Owner was fabulous. Cabin secluded. Because of isolation and Covid restrictions there were no amenities, get what you need before arrival. Plenty of towels. Cabin could use some TLC, throw pillows should be washed, fabric sofa cleaned as best as possible (it didn’t didn’t look dirty but I’m always uncomfortable with cloth things) microwave broken

Can’t say enough good things!

This was one of my favorite vacations; maybe my favorite. The island is fantastic! We rented the SUV with the house, which was a great thing to have! The house manager had it waiting for us at the airport when we arrived; and with 3 young kids, we were very thankful for this and not having to wait for a golf cart or jeep rental. We found the house manager and owner to both be extremely responsive. They had great Information on the area and were so helpful for it being our first time to the island. The house itself is very clean! There are some lizards and ants that we saw get into the house, but we were expecting this. The house has plenty of cleaning supplies and had some spare trash bags, toilet paper, etc., to get us started. We were able to keep the home clean enough to not have any ant/bug problems, thankfully! The home does stay very cool! We kept the blinds closed when we left each day, and it only took a bit to cool down significantly once we returned between fans and AC units. The WiFi is a tiny bit spotty, but honestly MUCH better than we expected. There was one item that I didn’t realize when booking, and that is that the second bedroom is in the same “room” as the rest of the house. There are curtains to pull for privacy, though, and it also helped keep in the cool air from the AC unit. The yard is shared with another home at the top of the hill, but it still feels very very private. We enjoyed the expansive yard, and my kids loved climbing the tree and smelling the gorgeous flowers. Overall, terrific place! The owners and manager are very thoughtful, and they do their best to get you what you may need for your stay (towels, cleaning items, beach chairs and cooler, etc.). I hope we can return one day, and I’d love to come back to this cozy home! :)

Our Stay in Culebra

The place is good, but definitely needs some TLC. It didn't look like it had been cleaned for quite a while before our stay. From the three AC units, only one was working, and it wasn't enough to cool off the place. Also, on the first night, we didn't think that the ants would come after a bag of corn chips and a banana, so we left them out of the fridge. On the next day, they were infested with ants. The same happened to our swimming suits and electronics (many of them got inside my laptop and drone battery charger). So, if staying there, remember to keep any kind of food in the refrigerator. And hang your swimming suits so they are out of reach of hungry ants.

Cozy, simple and relaxing

We came to Culebra looking for great beaches and enjoy quality time with the family. This place was perfect! After my last visit to Culebra (21 years ago), I felt like home! I strongly recommend the place. If you are looking to connect with nature, forget your worries and enjoy the puertorrican life, this is for you. Looking forward to come back!

A little slice of heaven...

This was our second time staying at Zoni Retreat. The house is spacious and well equipped. It is located about 15 minutes from town and 10 minutes from Zoni Beach. The owner is very attentive to communication. Property manager was easy to reach. Will definitely return.

Relaxing getaway near Zoni Beach

Tom's Zoni Beach Retreat was great for my family of 5, room for us all and it was clean. The washer, dryer and kitchen appliances were a life saver! The cell service and wifi were iffy at the house, but that was fine by me - a true vacation. We also rented Tom's SUV, that was waiting for us when we arrived by ferry which was so helpful and easy. I had not visited the island in quite some time and had some questions regarding getting to the ferry and rental cars on the main island and Tom took time to call me and give me good advice as well as a # for a reliable taxi. He also had a house binder with fantastic recommendations from beaches to restaurants. So helpful!! I think we checked off everything in that book! Would definitely use this rental when we have the pleasure of visiting this beautiful island again!! Thanks for everything Tom!

After visiting Culebra on our wedding anniversary, we knew we wanted to return and live like locals. We found our place and remodeled to double the size of it. We use it as a second home and hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
