Open floor concept is great for visiting with family and friends! Spacious private patio! Community clubhouse includes ping pong, billiards, and work out room. There is a large, beautiful, year-round heated community pool, 2 jacuzzies, a tennis and pickle ball court as well as a basketball area. Fun Times in Tucson

Nice complex, good location, very close to Sabino Canyon. Property had a well stocked kitchen, no problems at all with the property while we were there

Very quite location...

Property worked perfect for us. A little futher than we thought from U of A...but a very quite community. Beautiful views driving into town...plenty of stars at night! Overall great location...

Fabulous Accommodations

My wife and I came to Tucson to celebrate our anniversary. Our stay for the week was excellent and the accommodations were the best and our host gave us many recommendations for dining out and other fabulous activities. Very scenic area and the pool was first rate.

Great condo

Our family needed a place for a few months while we were house hunting in Tucson. This place was perfect. Great neighborhood, nice appliances, fast internet and fantastic host! Might try to stay here again while remodeling our new home!

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo had everything we needed. Liked the openness of the kitchen to the living room (never felt "walled off"). Nice community pool and hot tub. Located near Sabino National Park - a favorite place to hike. Always a quick response if we had any questions.

Clean, Modern and Comfortable

Stayed 6 nights with wife and was very pleased. Arrival and access instructions were passed early on and no one was required to greet us to access the property. Pool area was close by and quiet. Location is gorgeous, about 25 minutes from downtown. We will definitely stay here again if available.

Quite community

We stayed for just over two weeks. The place was perfect. Gated complex. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Place was clean. Overall great layout. Barely heard the neighbors upstairs. Would absolutely stay here again. Don't hesitate to book.

Great Tucson Vacation Home in Catalina Foothills

We stayed here over Labor Day Weekend for a family trip to Tucson to visit where my great grandparents lived and I used to visit as a kid every summer. The condo is amazing … perfect location, impeccably clean, and the community is quiet and safe. This was our perfect “home base” for the long weekend of activities in and around Tucson. My daughter loved the patio out back and the large bird of paradise tree by the parking space. My son loved helping me grill and the large Saguaro that greeted us as we entered. It was great to come back after a long day and grill or just relax. If we’re ever back in the area we will definitely look to stay here again!

Wonderful peaceful clean home

Thank you so much to Karen for a beautiful and peaceful home away from home. She was so kind and communicated quickly! The 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit was located in a safe, gated community with private entrance for vehicles. Located in the beautiful foothills of Tucson. Karen graciously allowed us to check-in early and check-out late, to accommodate our flight schedule. We loved the quiet property which had comfortable beds, spacious couch, access to streaming services like Netflix, washer/dryer and well equipped kitchen w/ a dishwasher. Lots of room and sunlight! It felt so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed the private backyard, community pool, exercise room and tennis/ pickle ball courts. We enjoyed the local restaurants, hiking and gorgeous Saguaro desert scenery. The community was very friendly! Such a nice vacation to recharge and relax. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!!!

Wonderfully close to SabinoCanyon

We love to explore Sabino Canyon & the lovely rental is within walking distance! This complex includes a wonderful pool/hot tub/gym & rec room that includes ping pong and pool. The condo is spacious, including most everything you need. We would love to return for another visit!

First Time Was a Win!

Everything about this condo was ideal for us. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked and updated, the pool was perfect and the location gave us beautiful views whenever we went out. We loved Basha’s grocery store and a wonderful place just next door called The Hidden Grill. Excellent gourmet healthy prepared meals for pick up or delivery! The Loop trail was also our home as we cycled nearly 400 miles during our month long stay. Our owner Karen was very responsive but, once we got keys straightened out, we never needed to contact her. We would definitely return!!

Charming and aesthetic Views

First time in Arizona, this gorgeous condo nestled at the foothills of one of the most beautiful mountains gave me the wow effect. The condo is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Perfect home for families or travel nurse. 😊 The host is amazing!

Everything we needed

The condo was in the perfect location for our needs. Great space and nicely decorated. The property manager was readily available for anything we needed. The amenities , such as the gym , pool and pickleball courts were appreciated. Residents in the condo complex were also very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Karen's property is in a great location in Catalina Foothills. Her property is clean and exactly as it describes in the VRBO website. Karen was very nice, professional and easy to get a hold of and answered any questions that arose. I certainly plan on returning for another stay!

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful condo either everything we could possibly need and then some. The pool was wonderful and my 2 teenage boys loved the basketball goal that was by the tennis court. Our host was helpful when we couldn't figure out the gate. Definitely would love to stay here again.

Great condo!

Hi Karen. Loved the condo. Just an FYI. Being a DYI person. I noticed the grout was cracking in the small bathroom on the shelf in the shower. Might want to check it out. I've had to fix that before and if you can just fix the grout; way better! Didn't affect me. Loved your place.
