Extra nice and roomy

We had a group of 5 that stayed comfortably. The house is very roomy and extra clean. Neighborhood is super nice and safe. We had so much room and loved the 2 separate tv room spaces. Kitchen was fully stocked. We had plenty of towels in bathrooms. And loved having the extra half bath! Will stay again when we return to the area.

Modern Retreat

We enjoyed our stay-just 2 nights, but they were very comfortable nights , which was important since the girls were at vb camp during the day! There is a lot of space to spread out in, and the garage was super helpful!

I would give six stars if I could. Host-very helpful. House-relatively new, very clean, well appointed, and plenty of space in each room. I’ll go Bach when in Manhattan.

Awesome get away

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed here. This home is cozy and beautiful. Would definitely recommend. Alexis was a great host and always responded quickly. Would recommend to stay here!

Girls Christmas Trip

We had an awesome stay. The place was spacious with beautiful decor. The spa tub and huge shower were excellent. We slep great in the beds and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Loved being able to park my car in the garage and that we were so close to shopping and restaurants. Checking in and out was very easy. We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home.

Great Rental for State Basketball Weekend

This was a great rental for state basketball weekend in Manhattan. It gave us 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with plenty of extra space. This is the way to go.

We were in town for a wedding. We had the best weekend. The house was wonderful. The upstairs doors (to balcony) are hard to close and lock. Dining room table chairs are pretty wobbly. We loved it and would stay there again! Thank you.

Kansas and us

My family and i had a great time at this house, great neighborhood quiet and peaceful. Downstairs can be a bit creapy at night because of all the large glass doors but we had a great time. Clean and spacious was the house, would love to visit when it gets warm so we could enjoy outdoors in the back yard and the balcony.We will be back soon God willing.

Interesting house.....

We only got to stay there a couple of days but it was a little different than what we were use to. Once we got in there and got use to all of the technology of the house we felt better. The host responded when we had some concerns and questions.

Great space for a group. Comfortable Beds, Nice Kitchen space. We did arrive to the property with all the doors unlocked which did confuse us. The video cameras are also a bit strange. Not as clean as expected, many light bulbs burned out, and other little maintenance issues throughout the property.

Home away from Home

The home is nice, very spaciou, & met my family's needs. We had one little issue with a smoke alarm but the owner was very prompt in responding & the property manager, whom was very kind, fixed it that evening so my boys could sleep. While the master bedroom door wouldn't close, it wasn't an issue for me but could be for another family. The only other suggestion I have is to have a can opener available. This became an issue when cooking dinner. All-in-all it was a great home away from home. Thank you!!

The only negative thing I would say about this stay experience, is that the features listed included a "Jacuzzi Tub". Upon arrival discovering that this was just a jacuzzi jet tub was a bit disappointing. I understand that is completely on me but I thought we would have more like a hot tub on the property. Just a bit misleading to me when I'm reading through the key features and see a jacuzzi tub listed. But other that was a perfect stay, very nice property and well kept and convenient.

Quick trip to Manhattan

The house was very clean, spacious and accommodating. We had plenty of room and and enjoyed our quick stay in Manhattan. The doors are a little tricky to lock but luckily felt very safe in the neighborhood!
