Upon entering, a generous mudroom awaits, equipped with built-in cubbies stocked with spa towels, ski racks, and hooks for outdoor gear. The refurbished restaurant kitchen exudes warmth and functionality, featuring a 36” gas range, a brick fireplace, and built-in cabinets. Adjacent is a dedicated laundry room with additional storage.

The master bedroom offers a spacious retreat with 180-degree views of the upper Slate River Valley, a large walk-in closet, and a master bath adorned with a clawfoot tub and custom shower. Upstairs, four bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers await, providing ample accommodation. The great room, with casual seating for eight and a breakfast table for four, is an ideal space for unwinding.

Originally a hydroelectric plant, The Steakhouse boasts 12” thick concrete walls and an underground tunnel to the river, steeped in history and transformed into a renowned post-World War II restaurant, inspiring the modern-day Slogar restaurant in downtown Crested Butte.
