This gorgeous new construction overlooks glittering downtown Gatlinburg and boasts great amenities, space for a small group, and plenty of places to relax and play. With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, it has space to sleep up to 11 guests. Get away with family and friends, enjoying quality time together, resting in king-size beds, and soaking in the views from the beautiful new deck spaces.

Sit back with a drink in the rocking chairs to start your day, and then head to the fully equipped kitchen to prepare a delicious mountain breakfast. Unwind in the living room, where stone and log details give you a lodge experience. The gas fireplace is perfect for cool mountain days, whether you want to curl up with a good book or chat with friends. Enjoy soaking away stresses in the outdoor hot tub, treat yourself to a spa day in the Himalayan salt room, or just take advantage of high speed wireless internet and relax.

The cabin also offers a sleeper sofa in the living room and on the lower level, a kiddie corner, a washer/dryer, a flat driveway for easy arrivals (plus room to park a trailer), a big screen TV, and TVs in the bedroom. Bachelorette Party Success

I had planned a bachelorette party for a group of friends and the proximity downtown was great. Everything was walking distance. Not to mention the cabin was low maintenance and provided everything we could have needed. The girls loved it.

Family weekend

We had a great time at Holly Ridge Cabin. We got to see wildlife right from the back deck. Location is close to everything. Look forward to staying again next year.

Great Cabin

This is one of the nicest cabins we have ever stayed in. It is super clean and beautiful. The location to Downtown Gatlinburg can't be beat.

Great place.

Beautiful cabin. We have a large family and it was perfect. Taste of the mountains while still being close to the strip. Plenty of parking. We had my suv and brought a truck and trailer for our side by side. Would stay here again

Great stay

Property and cabin were beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Easy to get to all the happenings in downtown Gatlinburg but returning home was definitely an uphill battle! We definitely left in better shape than we arrived in, lol! Enjoyed seeing the bear on several occasions on the property as well as watching the family of woodchucks that live in the back as well. Excellent views! Our family had a wonderful time and would consider staying again one day.

Family outing for school convention

Our kids were involved in a school convention at the Gatlinburg Convention Center. It was a great location to go back and forth from the center and the strip. We enjoyed the cleanliness and the roominess of the cabin. I don’t see where there’s room but we wished there was some sort of game table in the common area downstairs. That would be our only complaint. The cabin met our expectations in every way! Would definitely recommend for a location near the strip.

Great cabin, Great location

This cabin was amazing! New, clean, well stocked, and everything worked. The inside of the cabin was beautiful. Three bedrooms, each with a bathroom is ideal. The location to Gatlinburg (walking distance) was convenient. The refrigerator does not have an ice maker, so plan ahead to bring ice.

Excellent cabin! Super close to main strip Gatlinburg!

Upon arrival, there is ample parking for numerous size vehicles! (We had 2 large trucks, an SUV & a low sports sedan). Great location! Not far from the main downtown Gatlinburg area. Cabin is very spacious inside, with a double deck for plenty of outdoor seating & relaxation! Plenty of bath linens were provided. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home and location.

Great home and location, would absolutely stay again. Did have an issue with no hangers upon arrival in any of the bedrooms, contacted the management company and they delivered a new package of 5 or 6 hangers (for four people), that was poorly executed but at least they responded? They need a revamp on utensils as many were missing or old, but it wasn’t enough to deter us from highly recommending this place, hopefully the owners review this and get on the management company to pickup attention to detail, I feel that cabins 4 you is managing many properties and likely struggling to hit the attention to detail mark That is expected. All that said, the home was perfect, great location to downtown and nice views, well equipped and furnished. Don’t hesitate to reserve this place, but on your first day, make sure you check for the utensils you need for the week And make sure you have what you need!

Beautiful, accessible cabin!

The cabin was awesome. Not only was it clean and beautiful with wonderful porches and amenities, but it was an easy 10 minute walk to downtown. You will not find a better location than this!
