Spacious and quiet 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms house close to the beach. 2022 Summer Rental Saturday to Saturday.
This property is located in the award-winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground at 1531 Neptune Road, a quiet side street just a short distance to the beach. Enjoy the water park, miniature golf, freshwater lakes, and all the other amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer!
Home features 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Outside shower with hot and cold water. We have spared little expense to make this house a beach paradise!
Features include a queen-size bed in the first bedroom, a queen in the second bedroom, and twin beds in the third bedroom. Each room has cable services with flat-screen TVs along with Wi-Fi. Sleeps 6 (maximum 4 adults). Extra-large fully stocked kitchen opens to the living room and dining room covered front porch with plenty of outdoor seating, and a washer & dryer.
*For add security, we have a security Camara on the front porch and under the house in the parking area.
*Parking spaces for 2 vehicles - Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day, per vehicle parking fee that is payable to Ocean Lakes Family Campground.
** Families only. Guests must be 25 years of age and present during the entire rental period.
** No animals, no exceptions
** This is a non-smoking house
Bed linens are included; towels are not included. Please bring towels (including beach towels), and paper products.
Golf Cart not included with the property.

**Rental Agreement must be signed within 48 hrs and a scanned copy of a state-issued driver's license must be sent to the owner or the booking is nullified.

Had a great time even though Hurricane Debby came through. The cottage was very clean and provided everything we needed. Even got to have a few days on the beach. The location was perfect.

Nice house

House was good we had a great trip. Blankets were 2 small for the size of 2 of the beds and there was not toilet paper when we arrived we all had to use the bathroom and could not so had to find some in the car befor going to the store to get some. Other than that great place

Happy with the property but not with the owner

First and foremost I’ve rented at over 30 properties in my life and this circumstance wasn’t pleasant. The owner didn’t make me feel welcome at all. I understand there’s rules and sometimes weather plays a part in it. Whatever you do don’t have family or loved ones over at this property that’s not listed because the owner won’t make you feel welcome. I have rental properties myself and I wouldn’t and haven’t reacted the way this owner did cause friends and family was over just so to weather conditions. Other then that and Palmetto bugs found on property due to all the rain the stay was great experience. We choose to only you it to sleep after the first night due to not feeling welcomed on the owner’s property. They should fee happy to know though I will never rent from them again. Despite me treating there property like it was my own.

Great place. We always choose Ocean Lakes. The property owners were always in contact if a question needed to be asked. When asked, answered in a timely mattered. House was clean and nice. Quiet area that was secluded from the busy part of Ocean Lakes. Would stay again!

As always Ocean Lakes was great, but really wanted to call out the owner of this property and mentioned that she was extremely helpful and very responsive. Would reccomend staying at Debbi's property.

Outstanding Beach Cottage

We had the best time staying at this adorable cottage. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you could possibly need. The beds were nice and comfortable. My grandkids are already telling me to hurry up and book for next year.

The house was a good size for our small family. Very clean on the inside but the porch could use some love. Owners were very easy to contact and responded quickly. Overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Unfortunate

Upon arrival we found an opened can of drink in the refrigerator. Not a big deal but made us wonder if it was truly cleaned prior to arrival. In the description of the home it stated linens would be provided which they were. But they failed to tell us no comforter’s would be provided. Instead they had very thin blankets for us to use. When I spoke to the home owners he acted as if I should have know and should have been appreciative that the blankets were there. I have no problem with them not providing heavy blankets do to Covid but I didn’t appreciate not being told we should bring blankets. Also the television in the living room had a big line going through it while you watched. Oh and the deck have debris all over it. Just would have been nice to know the home wasn’t going to be up to par. Kids still had a fantastic time and that’s all that matters.
