The Space:
A Piers to Be Tan has country coastal décor that gives a fresh and relaxing vibe to this home’s living area. The open concept floor plan allows a great flow for guest to enjoy the kitchen, dining and living areas. Entertain in style. Sink into the lavish living room sleeper sofa and unwind with a family movie on the large 55” smart flat-screen television.

The master bedroom features a plush king bed, 40” smart TV with a private en-suite and a private patio. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen size bed, 40” smart TV and a private patio. The guest bedroom shares the hall bathroom.

After a fun day in Port A, drop your beach gear and soak up some sun at the pool. Enjoy all the local restaurants, shops and everything that Port A has to offer.

Two parking spaces available with limited additional guest parking, boat parking allowed.

Other Things to Note:
ITEMS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• All linens such as sheets, pillows, pillow cases, comforters/duvet covers (flat sheets, pillow and pillow cases are also provided for sleeper sofas).
• Each bathroom is stocked with bath towels, hand towels, washcloths and bath mats (we provide 1 bath towel per guest with an additional 2). A starter kit of shampoo, conditioner and bath soap are included.
• Every home has a fully equipped kitchen. You will have all the basics including cookware, utensils, table settings and common appliances like stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster and keurig.
• A starter setup of two trash bags, one roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent pods, dish soap and sponge (we suggest you bring additional of these items).
• Parking is included at every property, but make sure you understand exactly how many vehicles can park at the property you’re renting.

ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY:
• Food products, spices, condiments and other basic cooking supplies like flour, etc.
• Coffee and coffee filters

First time in Port A!
This was our first time in Port A and we had no idea where to stay. The location was good and we were within 10-15min anywhere we wanted to go. Rooms are small and there is no dresser to put clothes away, just a couple of end tables. No hangers so couldn’t hang anything as well. Kitchen is pretty well stocked for what we needed except the knifes were so dull we could barely cut a melon. Pool was so dirty with algae and sand when we arrived but cleaned a couple days later which we would have got in the pool but there were too many kids so we didn’t. Overall it was quiet, convenient and reasonable for our first stay in Port A.

Relaxing Getaway
One of the easiest processes for booking. Quick response from owner. Room was just as pictured . We had a bottom floor room and I always worry about the floor above us and noise. I did not hear anything. Great location to get to beach , shopping, and restaurants.

Great location and beautifully decorated condo! Just a short drive to the beach and a short drive to the restaurants. The condo was very clean and very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Trip
Great location, 5 min drive to beach and no street noise. Pool was perfect for kids and the outdoor shower was nice (no sand inside!) The property manager was very responsive and helpful with all questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
We stayed for one night at the end of our trip, and it was nice! Just as described and very clean. It wasn’t your typical place where they give you all the single bottles and items which whatever not a big deal. The shower had a built in dispenser for shower gel and shampoo/conditioner which was a little weird but I brought my own so I didn’t need to use that. Overall it was comfortable and clean and that’s all we needed for the one night.

Josh's place was a great weekend getaway for my family! We were all immediately impressed with how clean the place was, and it was a 10 minute walk from the beach. The beds were comfortable, the place was stocked with the essentials, and it was all at a great value! Would definitely book again.
