Notre unité particulière est l'une des meilleures de l'Amalfi Coast Resort, offrant un très grand patio avec vue sur l'océan, le lac et les deux piscines. Les clients mentionnent la chaleur du décor, le magnifique aménagement paysager et bien sûr le plaisir qu'ils aiment jouer et se reposer sur le beau sable blanc de notre propre plage privée.

L'accès sécurisé fait de notre plage privée une oasis proche de tout le plaisir que vous aurez à Destin. Cette unité est à quelques minutes du golf et de la pêche de classe mondiale ainsi que du centre commercial Silver Sands, Destin Commons, Bass Pro Shop et Baytowne Wharf. Le plaisir en famille est à quelques minutes avec les musées, les activités d'amusement, le mini-golf et tous les types de restaurants que vous pourriez espérer raffiner.

Great Property

The property and location was really great. Right across the street from a small public beach access with public restroom, which was convenient. Great amenities (fire pit, pools). Golf cart rental right on property which was very nice. Only improvement that is suggested for the specific unit that we stayed in (106-A) which was on the first floor and had a large patio is that it would have been nice for the patio to have a gate access to the grounds, which would have made it a lot easier to get to the pool, fire pit, and beach access. Some of the first floor patios had a gate access to the grounds but this one did not.

Wonderful experience

We had a lovely time staying here. The place was exactly as described and pictured. The location was perfect. Walkable to the beach and other shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this home and Miramar Beach!

Property was well groomed, quiet, not crowded,beach access was easy, we really liked the fact that there were no beach chair rentals occupying the beach, first come first serve, gated with security, Mike the security representative was helpful,watchful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway

Nice property, very functional. Location was perfectly set for what we needed. Pools weren’t crowded, the beach was a 2 minute walk. The room location was perfect, right outside the elevator & stairs made it very convenient.

This property is clean and in a good location. They do not have enough towels wash cloths, or dish towels, so bring extra! Overall a good stay.

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean and had a cozy feel to it. When we weren’t at the beach acrossed the street we were sitting on the patio in the rocking chairs! Very happy with our stay and hoping to return someday

Great Vacation Spot

The unit is large, clean and well appointed. Very comfortable/ large enough for a good sized family/group. The property has a nice pool, tennis courts and is VERY easy access to the beach. Everything was smooth and the owner got right back to me with answers to my questions. I would highly recommend!

Wonderful property and location

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit had plenty of room and a great outdoor patio. This location is a very short walk to the beach and the complex pools were great! I had a couple of questions and the property manager was very quick to respond, which I appreciated.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week and the location was very convenient for nearby shopping and the beach. The unusable sofa sleeper ( which we were counting on) keeps this from being a five star property. Don't let that be a negative for future renters! Other than that the place is great.

Lovely location. Condo could use a few updates. Needs kitchen updates with cooking items.

Comfortable, but could use a few updates to make it really nice. (Especially the kitchen) Met lots of nice owners and the grounds and pool are fantastic! Great location and the new ramp for the beach is wonderful! Pools are the best!!!!

The unit was spacious and beautiful with easy access to the beach. The kitchen and linen closets were well stocked with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be slightly better instructions (or a map) for actually finding the unit on the property. It was late when we first arrived and in the darkness we had some trouble finding the correct parking garage.

Great property, great location. Internet never worked, and the cable never worked in the master bedroom. Cable was disconnected supposedly for non-payment two days prior to our departure. Gulf view should be clarified. The FIRST (not ground) floor does NOT provide a view of the ocean. We would return, but not to this unit.

Summer Getaway

This was our second time staying at this condo, and it did not disappoint. It's the perfect spot for a family with young kids like us -- no worrying about the balcony (but still a nice fenced-in patio for outside time,) easy access to the beach and pools, and convenient elevators for hauling gear and kids up and down. The new beach access across the street is fantastic with both a ramp and stairs and public bathrooms. The unit itself is nice, clean, and a great place to sit out the hot Florida afternoon storms. Now, I do have a few suggestions! First off, all of the knives in the kitchen are dull (think butter-knife-dull) and need to be replaced. The nonstick skillets and pots are flaking and damaged and need to be replaced. There is only one cutting board, adding a few more would be a nice touch! Also, we were only left with one dishwasher tablet, one kitchen rag, and one kitchen towel, plus one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Just something to be aware of if you are planning to eat or be in the unit a lot -- bring some extra paper goods and dishwashing soap. Other than those more minor things, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Amalfi and will be back!

Great location

This place is AMAZING! The views are PERFECTION! Nothing beats the huge balcony. We had lunch on the balcony several times. The condo was clean, and extremely spacious. We never felt like we were on top of each other. Loved the two huge pools. There is a few shops and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

Great place

This was our first time staying at the property, and it was beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. It is decorated so nice it is so fresh and clean looking the beds are super comfortable and the place is loaded with all the things you could possibly need. The patio was perfect for a two-year-old and four-year-old to play on. the rockers on the patio are so great to just sit and watch them play and watch the fountain from the lake in front of us. There are two pools one that is heated year-round and one that’s not and they’re so clean and nice. This unit had plenty of towels, plenty of bedding, all the beach goodies including a canopy. Lots of spices in the kitchen and enough plates bowls cups etc. for our family of six. We all comfortably fit in the unit and there was plenty of sleeping space the master has a king bed and a rollaway the rollaway was comfortable as a real bed according to my son. the other room has a king bed and a futon single sleeper which was super comfortable according to my daughter. If I could say anything that could use improvement it would only be the sofa cushions need to be re-stuffed because it’s a little firm but other than that the unit is great. We didn’t need to use the sofa sleeper in the living room so I. Any speak to that. The unit is family friendly, the luggage carts ate a big help and the underground garage parking is convenient. When we went they were still doing construction on the beach access across the road so we did have to go down to the public beach access it was a little inconvenient but overall was not Bad the unit is walking distance to surf hut. Definitely a great unit. We Did contact Bill about the dryer in the unit and he was going to come and take care of that. Really quick to respond. It was an easy check in easy checkout process.

Description not entirely accurate and some minor issues

This was our second and last time staying at this condo. I decided to rebook at this location due to the proximity to the beach right across the street as described. However there is construction going on across the street that doesn’t look like it just all of a sudden started. This looks like a project that has been going on for many months and still has not been completed. This information should have been updated in the description of the VRBO as people with small children like myself need to know it’s going to be a bigger hassle getting to the beach. Others may not mind making the 10 min walk there. As soon as we arrived late in the evening, and I went to wash my face, one of the sinks in the bathroom was backed up. My husband tried to unclog it with no luck so contact was made to the property manager and it was fixed the next day. I find it really surprising the cleaning crew did not notice this issue. Another issue when trying to do laundry (another amenity as to why I booked this condo) the water heater starts spewing water with debris all over the laundry room so another hour cleaning up something that was not properly maintained that I find unacceptable that we have to clean up being that I paid good money to stay here and it’s not cool I have to deal with this stuff on my vacation. In addition, the beds are extremely uncomfortable and I felt miserable the whole time I stayed here. I’m giving it 3 stars because it was clean and it’s nice to have a kitchen but I honestly misled not being told about the beach access and the major construction across the street. I gladly paid more money this time around as I knew it was peak time close to Memorial Day and I feel ripped off. I don’t think I’ll be booking on vrbo now as I don’t trust what is in the description. P.S. the broken rusted chairs outside against the wall should really be thrown out.
