Main lvl features full kitchen & dining area, two bathrooms, King in master bedroom, Full in the guest bedroom. Upstairs loft has two Queen beds, full bathroom and washer/dryer. Loft is enclosed for privacy, Pack N Play in unit. Smart TVs, WIFI. Ski in/out requires just a short walk.

Directly on the green slopes of family friendly Granby Ranch Resort in Granby, CO. This fully updated condo features vaulted ceilings, a wonderful living room with lots of sunshine, comfy furniture, and cozy gas fireplace, smart TV with cable, full and readily stocked kitchen for you to cook delicious meals in, dinning area with table and chairs, WASHER AND DRYER COMBO, two bathrooms on main level, and one bathroom upstairs. High speed WIFI included. Also in the summer months their is a gas grill outside for your use, but this can be shut down at times (during heightened risks of wildfires.)

No Smoking/No Pets! Entire building is smoke and pet free - this includes comfort and emotional support animals which are not allowed. Absolutely no smoking is allowed on the balcony. There are designated smoking sheds around the buildings.

A peaceful day on the water is a great way to encounter Rocky Mountain wildlife and reconnect with nature and your family.

Golf Granby Ranch is a classic mountain course for all levels of golfers. With strategically placed sand traps, lakes and ponds, Golf Granby Ranch offers 18-hole play for golfers of all abilities. This scenic course consistently ranks as one of the top mountain golf courses in Colorado, and is open to the public.

Granby is close to: Grand Lake- 16 miles, Winter Park- 20 miles, Fraser- 15 miles. Granby offers easy access to the western side of Rocky Mountain National Park. Lake Granby is the third largest lake in Colorado. It is popular with anglers and is continually stocked with Trout and Kokanee Salmon. Don’t forget to take a refreshing dip in the Hot Springs at Hot Sulphur Springs- 12 miles away.

Other things to note
We are NOT on the first floor.

There are stairs both UP and DOWN required to access the condo. All condos at Mountainside require stairs to access them, even the ground level condos.

The photos of scenery are in the area but you'll need to exit to condo to enjoy them.

Our Condo is in excellent shape and one of the nicest units in the area.

Zero tolerance policy on smoking in the condo or balcony. Our HOA will catch and fine you, you agree to pay HOA fines if you break the rules. There are designated smoking sheds around the building, this is the only place smoking is allowed. Strict HOA policy, please respect our place.

The fireplace glass is VERY HOT. Do not touch it and be careful so your children do not touch it.

We have a SHARP check out time of 10AM - no exceptions. We must do this because of the cleaning crew time needs.

Check in at 3PM or ANYTIME after - Check out is a SHARP 10AM or earlier - late check out can't be offered. Cleaning crew may arrive at 10AM on day of check out and enter the unit, please be respectful of this time and plan accordingly.

Free pool outside during the warm summer months only, typically opens toward the end of May. Hot Tubs are available at The Inn, however this requires a short drive and a cost of approx $7 per person/day paid to their front desk. They will not provide extra towels.
