Condo was just fine…. Not amazing
1. We had rented Saturday to Saturday, but there were supposed to be bad storms on Saturday so I messaged, emailed, and called the rental agency to see if we could book Friday night to miss the storms, and never heard a word back about it. It ended up being fine because we just rented a hotel room in Pensacola, Friday night, but still annoying that no one even reached out to answer my question.2. The dryer took forever to dry a load of clothes, and it was not over stuffed. It took three 90 minute cycles. I called maintenance and they basically said to do smaller loads, but there was obviously something wrong with it. I spent way more time doing laundry on vacation than I should have.3. The washing machine also made black marks all over our clothes. Maintenance came and checked that out and said there was a black piece of plastic that was in there and he got it out. He then told me to run a load of their white towels and see if it was fixed. I feel like he should have done that himself instead of asking me to take time out of my vacation to check the washing machine. After that, one of the kids ran a load of laundry, not knowing, and it was obviously not fixed because there were black marks all over that load too.4. Other reviews said the upstairs neighbors were very loud, but I just thought they were being dramatic. They were not! I feel like the complex was very cheaply built because it literally sounded like you were in the same room with the people above you. So loud!
