Beautiful condo on the beach

Beautifully decorated condo with a nice balcony and a great view of the beach. Plenty of space for just two of us. The master bed is very comfortable and a very nice Master shower. The kitchen is nicely appointed with plenty of dishes and pans. Communication with the host initially was great and he responded to and fixed a few issues (bedding, disposal). But when the dishwasher wasn't working, communication became uncomfortable. So it's a good thing that we are handy and were able to repair the problem ourselves.

Perfect!

As a family we really enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, comfy furniture, nice balcony furniture. The only negative thing I could find was there weren’t enough wash clothes or dish rags. No dish rag at all and 1 tea towel. Plenty of parking, easy access to pool and beach! Property is right in the middle of Orange Beach so it was easy to access all restaurants and stores!

The owners are very responsive

This was a good little last minute stay in orange beach. There were some minor issues but the owner was quick to respond and take care of it.

Mini Vacay

We had a great time on our mini vacation. The condo was really cute, clean, well stocked. Loved that was right on the beach with great balcony. Owner was easy to contact / responded fast regarding door code issue. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family vacation

We had an amazing stay. We did have questions about bedding when we first arrived but it was solved immediately. The owner was very quick to respond with a solution. The condo was decorated beautifully and beds were comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is maybe add a rug in the bedroom. The kitchen was stocked well. The view was phenomenal. Being June, the beach and pool were a bit crowded but usually by 3 the beach clears out and we were able to enjoy it more. We go to Orange beach every year looking for the perfect spot and I feel like we have found it!! Overall we had a great stay!

Beautiful and cozy

The property was nice and the room was beautiful. There were a couple of issues left over from the cleaning crew that needed to be taken care of. The master comforter was soiled with good, etc but owner had a new one ordered and shipped for replacement. The master bath had a strong urine smell so I kept the vent on and the door closed while I was there. Hopefully when I left they got that cleaned up. Aside from that, my husband, granddaughter and I had the best time celebrating my 50th birthday! We will definitely be going back and hope to stay here again!

Great location

Our stay was late September, so there was never a wait for elevators and parking was good. Great location. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. It had a surface clean but can use a good deep cleaning. Overall, nice stay.

Great condo, needs a deep clean!

Off the get-go the communication with the host wasn’t the greatest. I had sent a message to him in September but didn’t hear anything for months before I finally called and left him a voicemail and got in touch with him. When we arrived, the code VRBO gave us was wrong, so our room had been ready for who knows how long before I contacted the host again and come to find out the code he sent in a message was different than the one from VRBO (they both looked very similar). The condo was nice and had everything we needed except for any extra toilet paper, trash bags and absolutely no dishwasher detergent, which wasn’t very convenient. There is a closet on the balcony that was full of boogie boards, floaties, etc that was nice to have. There was mold on one of the ceiling vents (over the kitchen counter) and under the beds was pretty gross. Lots of dust bunnies, hair and what not; even a pair of shoes left behind from a previous guest. The cleaning crew needs to step it up a little bit. The check out instructions weren’t received until pretty last minute, but luckily it was a pretty easy process. Overall we did enjoy our stay, and would recommend this condo to friends and family despite some minor cleanliness issues.

Great location and view!

Beautiful view! This was the best stocked condo we have stayed at which made it so nice with a toddler and teens including lots of options for movies at night, beach towels and beach items for use! The splash pad and pool was a hit! Comfortable beds! I love that each room has there own bathroom! The owner was great and communicated quickly. We had no real issues with the cleanliness other than under the beds which we only noticed cause we were looking for toddler toys lol! We will definitely be back!

Short Beach getaway

The condo is clean and has a beautiful view of ocean. The only negative is with the elevator situation at the phoenix V. When checking in, be prepared for a long wait for the elevator. When going anywhere on the elevator, be prepared to wait at least 10 minutes for the elevator. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Weekend on the beach

Condo was very cozy easy access to the beach and the pool we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was not clean from the previous stay, the host was very apologetic and even refunded one of our nights. Michael was super helpful and responded timely to questions that I had. We would definitely stay again.
