This unique spectacular 2621 Sq.ft 3 bedroom 3 bathroom cabin style home sits on a half acre lot. Features a double door beveled glass entryway, the stunning rustic masterpiece design of the 32 x 28 enormous great room offers a charming wood plank 16’ vaulted ceiling with sky-view gives you (the best of both worlds) “magnificent natural light” & “romantic moonlight”. Features one of a kind stylish luxury furniture & artwork/decor even a sofa bed. The open concept plan is excellent for special occasions like, product marketing photo shoots or just entertaining and enjoying the company of your family & friends.

Guests love the modern oversize gourmet kitchen with a huge center island 10’ breakfast bar, custom designed Kraftmaid cabinetry and high-end appliances.
Or step outside to the spacious resort style patio deck to sunbathe or grill your favorite meals. Enjoy the fruits of our labor and help yourself (in season) to our mango tree, avocado tree and orange trees located on the property.

All bedroom suites are elegantly decorated. Suite l has 1 Queen bed & sofa bed, smart tv, nightstands with a very spacious closet. Suite 2 has a California King bed, smart tv, nightstands with a very spacious closet. Master bedroom suite has a luxury California King bed, sofa bed, sunken roman tub, separate shower with amazing water pressure, dual sink, epic 6 x 5 royal walk in closet, lounge/sitting area, smart tv, nightstands and glass door patio access.

The property has 2 Large AC units to insure temperature control. Home features 2 car garage and additional massive extra wide extended 8 car driveway, RV’s, Trailers, and Boats are welcome. The entire home operates on advanced solar power technology.

Everything was excellent. The house was large enough for the event and everyone thought the house decor was very cool and unique. Tons of parking and The owner was very accommodating allowing us to check in a bit early.

Nice short stay

We stayed here for a wrestling tournament. There are lots of stores and restaurants near by. House was big and fit all 10 of us well.

Owner was nice but wouldnt stay here again

Cleanliness was not a priority. The coffee maker (kureig) still had water in the chamber yhatvwas nasty and slimy anf had white chunks floating in it. Told him and told himbhe should def run a clean cycle through it a few times for how bad it was. Beds broken, couches broken, yard looks NOTHING like it does in the photos. Thought my dog was getting a beautiful BIG yard to run in. I was able to spit from the back door to the fence. So no i wouldn't stay here again or tell friends to. You sir need a new cleaning service and update the photos on vrbo so that they match what people are wallimg in to

Nice big house

At the front door there was a hornets nest with about 10 hornets flying around, one of the living room fans doesn’t work and the place was kind of dirt but it is a great house for events and such. Very open and nicely furnished with plenty of sleeping options

overnight stay

Our travels brought us to Florida to enjoy Spring MLB training. This rental was an easy drive from the Mets stadium. After many days "on the road" with more to go, we enjoyed spending an evening in a home like setting with friends. Home rentals always trump trying to visit in a cramped hotel room. Although we did not use many of the amenities, we did use the washer and dryer to prepare for the next leg of our travels.

Mixed Review

Russell was an amazing host. We had more positive experiences than negative. A broken washer that Russell had replaced that day while we were attending a celebration of life. Russell knew the celebration was why we were down here and did everything in his power to take as much stress off of us as possible and it was greatly appreciated. The living area was still beautiful. There were plenty of games/toys for kids to play with. There was a nice computer to access the internet. However, the cleaning company definitely slacked on this property. There were multiple cigarette butts on the back patio. Only 1 bed had a comforter. Upon entering the garage, there was a MASSIVE pile of dirty laundry on the floor. Some of the furniture was broken/damaged. Along with missing tile. This property has so much potential. We still enjoyed our stay. Russell did everything he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. And this property is pet friendly, which is a HUGE PLUS! The back yard was fenced in. The gate wasn't the best, but as long as you don't leave your dog unattended, its a non issue. The neighborhood was quiet as well. We would stay again at this property, but I would recommend a new cleaning company. A company who takes pride in their work and isn't just after a quick buck. Fix the fence, missing tile in the kitchen/bathroom, couple pieces of damaged furniture like the couch in the master. 4.5/5 stars if possible.

The property is spacious and the host is very nice but almost every room needs attention. We were there for 30 nights and had to wait on repairs 3 days. We had to buy king size sheets to fit one of the beds as the queen size sheets kept coming off. We had to clean mold from the guest shower. There is a light fixture in the guest bath that is resting on the mirror. The master closet was had several mattresses that had to be removed in order to use the closet. The backyard resort style patio is cinder blocks covered with outdoor carpet. The kitchen sink is very stained and dirty looking. It is ashamed that the property is in such bad repair because it could be an exceptionally nice home and property.

50th Birthday

I threw a 50th birthday party for my husband with our family about 20 people… plenty of space and seating for everyone, there were games and a karaoke machine!!!! The inside of the house makes a statement when you walk in! Mr Lawrence was very responsive! Would definitely book again:)

Excelente para reuniones familiares

Me encantó la propiedad; Russel es un súper anfitrión, toma en cuenta las necesidades de sus invitados y ofrece ciertos detalles que hacen una gran diferencia. Mi intención era disfrutar del deck y patio pero desafortunadamente no fue posible porque está muy deteriorado, probablemente la pandemia haya afectado negativamente la propiedad pero podría invertir algo de dinero porque tiene mucho potencial para atraer visitantes.

Spring Training?

Group of 4 went down to FL to go to spring training which… didn’t work out. But the location would have been outstanding, and it still ended up being close to multiple golf courses and the beaches, which is what we ended up doing to amuse ourselves that week. House is quirky, as expected from pictures (tub in primary BR is insane!), but probably the most well appointed VRBO I have visited. The host really tries to make it seem like you’re in a hotel with little soaps and toiletries, the kitchen has cleaning supplies, all very much appreciated! Also, he’s incredibly responsive, which also was very much appreciated. Plenty of room, and the avocados from the tree outside really were as good as advertised!

I'm so glad we booked my bridal shower here, my wedding is very nature oriented and the wood paneling and custom tree tables in the house were perfect. Russel impressed my group with his kindness and helpfulness as well! 11/10 perfect

Great stay. The home is Beautiful and the neighbors are friendly. Home was clean and was just what we needed to host our little get together. Owner is super nice too and checkin process was easy.
