Fantastic property, hosts and location!

Staying at this property is easy - everything one could want is provided, and whatever else one wants or needs is so close. Located just off the main road in Livingston, behind the Albertson's grocery store and the lovely espresso hut out front. Gas, food and sundries all right there! What distinguishes these hosts is their attention to detail and their ability to anticipate what guests will want when staying here. Communication is easy and convenient, too, should anything come up during the stay.

Easy Livingston

This property was perfect for extended family to visit Family in Livingston. Close to town, not far to Bozeman. Perfect central location for seeing that part of Montana. The condo itself had plenty of space. It was easy to come and go. 1 flight of stairs in case stairs are an issue.

Wonderful experience

This was our second time staying here and it won't be our last. The hosts are very communicative and helpful, and have anticipated every need in the space. The unit is bright and open and easy to like, as well as being spotless and clean.

Great Getaway

Incredible condo with perfect amenities to keep you comfortable during your visit to the Yellowstone area. Less than an hour to the gateway to Yellowstone and less than 30 minutes to Bozeman. Will definitely be back.

Exceptional hosts thought of everything

Very clean and exceptionally well provisioned unit makes for a great place to stay. We enjoyed staying here and benefited from not having to buy any supplies -everything was already there. Location is immediately behind Albertsons and espresso hut/drive through. McDonalds and Starbucks and Taco Bell, as well as a couple of gas stations, make this a super convenient location at the exit from I-90 on the way to the Paradise Valley/Chico Hot Springs/Gardiner and Yellowstone National Park. Downtown Livingston is as close as can be. The unit is new, has three bedrooms and a balcony on the second floor of a three floor building. We found it to be quiet and pleasant and relaxing - a perfect retreat in an action-packed recreational area.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location of the VRBO was amazing, close to the small town of Livingston and the interstate making it easy to get other places. Would highly recommend this VRBO!

Wonderful property in Livingston, MT

Great 3 bedroom property in Livingston, MT. Super clean and well furnished. Natural light and space were congruent with the natural surroundings. We were in for a wedding and this was perfect lodging for two couples. Hosts were welcoming and check in instructions were clear and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Cousins weekend

The condo was wonderful. It was super clean and organized. The owners had little touches everywhere, We loved the new with the antiques. It was super cozy and a great home base. We visited Livingston, hiked in Paradise Valley, soaked in the hot springs at Chico and visited the Grizzly Bear santuary.

Family Reunion

We enjoyed our stay in Livingston very much and our stay at this property was a big reason why. Great location, grocery store you can walk to. Just a short drive to downtown shops, restaurants, breweries. The condo was very clean & well appointed. Gift package on arrival with popcorn, tokens to a local brewery and a bottle of wine! Communication with the owners was always quick. This is an ideal place to stay when you're visiting Big Sky!!

We are originally from Livingston and have been in the Vancouver WA area for the last 35 years. We come back at least once a year, to visit friends and family, and take in the annual actives. We find that it is very relaxing. This is our first experience with a vacation rental, but are excited to offer our home so others can enjoy the many adventures that Montana has to offer. We hope you have a wonderful time, and enjoy our home. We hope you come back to visit us again.
