Bienvenue à Boca Grande du Nord avec certaines des meilleures vues de l'eau de l'île! Décoré dans un thème nautique avec des ponts pour voir à la fois le port de Charlotte et le golfe du Mexique qui offrent une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Ceci est une unité spéciale qui vous invite à venir vous détendre.

Cette île spéciale a l'ambiance d'une époque révolue ... pas de restaurants fast-food, pas de feux de circulation, pas de gratte-ciel, et presque aucun crime. Il est de sept miles de long et un mile de large avec de superbes eaux Caraibes-Type.

Ceci est une unité au premier étage avec un accès facile et quelques marches. Prenez le petit déjeuner sur le pont face à Charlotte Harbor et des cocktails sur le pont pour voir les magnifiques couchers de soleil de Boca.
Nous fournissons tous les éléments essentiels pour une visite très confortable. avec laveuse et sécheuse, cuisine entièrement équipée, cafetière Keurig ou goutte à goutte traditionnelle, et vue sur l'eau de toutes les fenêtres!

Si vous aimez la pêche, le golf, en utilisant des voiturettes de golf pour le transport des vélos d'équitation, des brises chaudes et magnifiques couchers de soleil (stations disponibles de charge), ce devrait être votre choix. Regarder le lever du soleil de la salle de la famille et des couchers de soleil sur le Golf du Mexique à partir de votre terrasse privée. Le bordereau de bateau disponible vient avec cette unité sur des locations hebdomadaires.

This place has it all!!!

We had a perfect stay in the condo. It has everything you need. All of the rooms are well furnished and comfortable with plenty of space. It’s rare to find a place that you can see the sun rises and sunsets from the same property and we enjoyed them every single day. We are looking forward to booking our next stay. The host was very easy to communicate both before the trip for planning purposes and during the stay. Five stars all around.

Boca Grande Island Vacation

My family really enjoyed our time on Boca Grande. The condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. It’s perfect for watching both sunset and sunrise. We rented a golf cart and used it to run about the island. It was also one of the most peaceful vacations I’ve ever had. So quiet and not overpacked with tourists and traffic. Joy was great about sending recommendations on restaurants, etc. and very pleasant to work with. Thanks for allowing us to rent your lovely condo. We love it! The Ferreri Family

Boca Grande condo

We had a wonderful week at this condo and it wasn’t just because the weather was spectacular! The condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable and was roomy enough for my family which included two teenagers. We loved the location on the water with both sunrise and sunset views. It was easy to get downtown with a golf cart where there are many great restaurants. My only complaint is that we are not still there!

Great stay in Boca Grande

Joy and Dennis have a lovely, updated condo in Boca Grande North. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that you would need- even pantry items. We loved the decor, and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have water views out the front and back of the condo. The condo property is well taken care of, with a nice pool and tennis court. We would absolutely stay at Joy and Dennis's condo again! It was our first time to Boca Grande. What a hidden gem!

Beautiful sun rises and sun sets

The property is comfortably furnished with detailed whimsical accents. It is easy to maintain and has ample amenities: 3 televisions, comfortable chairs, and plenty kitchen accessories. We enjoyed opening the windows, allowing the fresh air to enter. No air conditioning needed. Beaches are near and beautiful. We loved sitting out on the screened in lanai. After 14 months of isolation this was a terrific treat. Joy was very helpful and responsive, providing excellent information about the island. Thank you for a great vacation!

Outstanding Vacation / Relaxing on Boca Grande

It all starts off with where you during vacation. The condo was just what we were looking for. We had a sunrise in the morning doing coffee, before headed out to different beach everyday in a golf cart. The kitchen was well stocked with all that you need. The communication with the owners was perfect! My wife and I will surely sign up again next year, to visit our new found paradise in Boca Grande !!!

Boca Grande Bliss

How lucky were we to stumble upon Joy & Dennis' listing while searching for a place to stay in Boca Grande! Joy was a delight to work with from the moment we booked- helpful, kind and caring! They truly love sharing their space with families and what a sweet space they have! Located right over the causeway in North Boca, with gorgeous backyard views of the Harbour sunrises and sunsets. We'd previously stayed on the south end of Boca Grande, so having a different perspective was fun and equally as enjoyable! Morning bicycle rides into town for coffee and items from the market lended a peaceful, shaded, 9 mile round-trip start to our day while the kids eased into their morning. Kirby's Market is a quick cart ride away and has a wide variety of offerings, then follow the golf cart path 4 miles into town for restaurants, ice cream shops, the hardware store and Hudson's Market with fresh meat and seafood items and grocery staples. Beach access paths are plentiful and open up to the best beaches we've ever been to (and we are South Florida residents). Spacious, clean sugar-sand beaches with crystal-clear waters, shells and shark teeth-galore! We couldn't have asked for anything more when it came to this stay. The kitchen is "quaint" but very well-equipped with quality appliances and everything you might need! Living / dining area was plenty big for our family of 5. The master suite is very accommodating, with plenty of soft clean bath linens, and a very comfortable king-size bed. Glass slider access to back porch. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, with firm but quality mattresses. Plenty of dresser and closet space, and a sliding glass door to the front balcony. We typically prefer to have our own pool, but in this case the community pool was close to the unit and large enough to accommodate a post-beach rinse off without feeling crowded. Our one "non-beach day" we had the whole pool to ourselves, for the most part. The parking lot offers a gas bbq grill, golf cart charging, trash and recycle bins, all within close proximity to the unit. Well done, Joy & Dennis- you've got it all! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home and our favorite vacation spot on earth with us!!

Clean, comfortable, beautiful, perfect beach vacation location.

This rental was one of the best I've experienced, and I use Vrbo for all of my family vacations. The unit was immaculate, spacious, pretty, an the beds were all very comfortable. But even better were the views and the location. Water views from every window! Sunsets on the deck across the street were spectacular! We took walks everyday and saw so much amazing wildlife including dolphins, white pelicans, and so much more. The beaches on Boca Grande are only a few minutes away in the car and they are all clean and beautiful. We had a perfect holiday here and I would return in heart beat.

Wonderful week with our grandchildren!

Our son and daughter in law brought our grandkids down for spring break and stayed in this beautiful condominium on Boca Grande. A perfect vacation in a beautiful home. Nothing was missed. Beach chairs, cooler, grill, screened deck, laundry and ocean front and back! Nicest condo we have ever rented and best sunsets ever!!! Paradise! Thank you Dennis and Joyce!

Beautiful condo!

Lovely, well-appointed condo that has everything you need! Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 10, 12 and 14) had a great time. We rented a golf cart from gasparilla adventures in town, hit the beaches every day, and enjoyed the pool. The condo was perfect for us - we had a great vacation!

A wonderful spot!

We had a delightful stay in Boca Grande at this property. Everything imaginable was available in the condo and the beds were super comfortable. The view of the pool area and ocean were grand and the bbq area was just outside the door. The pool is saltwater and great for the skin! Will return next year for sure.

Summer Fun at Boca Grande North

The stay at Boca Grande North was great and perfect for fishing. The condo was bigger than I expected, furnished and decorated very well, and had every amenity you could possibly need. The views of the sunrises and sunsets were spectacular! The only two suggestions I have that would make the stay more enjoyable would be more lounge chairs on the deck across the street and a boat lift in the slip. The owners were very hospitable and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. We had a lot of summer fun at Boca Grande North!

What a wonderful long weekend getaway we had! We can’t wait to go back!!

Upon arrival we were highly impressed with the condo. It had a coastal feel, beautiful views, and was very clean. It was perfectly stocked with everything we would need (other than food and drinks) for our stay. The condo came with a boat dock that was right outside of the back porch, which was super helpful because our boat was right there too. There were hoses available for boat wash down and fish cleaning stations. Perhaps the best part of the entire stay was the location. We frequent Boca Grande and this is BY FAR the best location. There is a large sand bar a few hundred yards from the dock, with clear water and outstanding views! Close to restaurants, marinas, shops and grocery stores. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, but we are in the process of planning our next stay!! Do yourself and your family a favor and BOOK now!!

Fisherman's paradise

Joy and Dennis' place was absolutely perfect for myself and my friends for our yearly fishing trip! Their place was extremely clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The boat was literally right outside the backdoor and so getting on and off the water on a daily basis was extremely convenient. For a little extra money we upgraded to a boat lift slip which was excellent. All of the slips had fresh water for washing the boat down and flushing the motor as well as electrical outlets for charging the boat batteries. We would definitely consider staying at their place again in the future!

Great Condo and beautiful views

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful month in this great condo with views to Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf, a rare find with these views and incredible sunsets! Great turquoise water beaches and fishing. Condo comes with a beautiful salt water pool with tennis/pickle ball court. Boat slips available. Easy kayaking. Lovely well kept grounds. Condo is filled with anything you could possibly need. Well appointed and comfortable rooms with MBR and Guest Bedroom with beds for four and two baths. Kitchen is more than well equipped. Large screen HDTV/Blue Ray with Cable where you can use your own Netflix/Amazon streaming. Easy beach access to any of the streets in the historic section (south). Great shelling especially on State Beaches. Boca Grande Village and beyond has terrific restaurants/shopping. Only one general store and no gas station. Tourist sightseeing boating, bike/gold cart rentals.

It doesn't get any better than this.

Well folks, this is the best kind of review you can get in these on line reviews. Over the past 20 years I have stayed in just about every rental unit in the Boca Grande North condos. I enjoy shallow water fishing and the flats in and around the Charlotte Harbor area offer some of the best back country fishing you can find. This rental unit is one of the best, most well appointed and equipped of all the Boca Grande North units. It is also in a first floor location which means that you can walk out the back door and in a few steps go directly to the dock where, hopefully, your boat is docked in the slip that comes with the rental! And by the way, the water view out over Charlotte Harbor from the screened in porch is fabulous! As I said, it doesn't get any better than this.

Beautiful sunsets/sunrises

Comfortable with great views of Gulf and Chalotte Harbor. Nice Lenai with full sliding glass doors for sitting and dining with sunrise view. Well equipped with new large screen TV , Blue ray DVD, kitchen, bedding make it comfortable for four adults. Grounds and pool areas well kept and offer outdoor barbecue/dining/whirlpool. You can rent your own boat slip. Staff cordial and helpful. Would suggest a screen door at main entrance. Fantastic beaches and old Florida charm - no high rises. Quaint village with great hike/walk trails. Great fishing Tarpon!!! Return renter for four seasons.

Awesome trip

The condo was very roomy and clean. I would definitely recommend someone going here and staying. The sunset from the front porch is breathtaking and the water view from back porch is wonderful. The fishing is awesome. I would recommend taking a boat if you have one. I drove 10 hours and pulled my boat and it was well worth the trip.

We grew up in MN and MI and currently live in Iowa. We first visited Boca Grande when my Mom, Eddy, moved to Pt Charlotte in 1980 and purchased our first Boca property in 1985.

We fell in love with the pristine waters and the wonderful, slow pace the island has to offer. You can use a golf cart on the entire island!
We love to ride our bikes on the 7 mile bike path and walk the beaches, finding many unique shells.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love our very first unit at Boca Grande North with it's special views of BOTH the Gulf and Charlotte Harbor. Water views from every window plus the interior completes the 'feel' with it's nautical theme.
We added a new large screen tv, sound bar and our own Internet. We also have a well stocked kitchen for those dinners on the lenai.
We feel very sentimental about this unit and we've named it after my parents in their honor!
