Minimum 90 days currently. Stunning, and excellently maintained, this 2 bed 1.5 bath Contemporary WATERFRONT property is excited to Host you and your family!

Relax and watch the sun set over Lake Ontario on your private paradise, with 42’ of lake front beach access. Modern and tasteful décor throughout. The kitchen offers a nicely sized breakfast bar/ island, with generous cupboard and counter space for food prep. Gather by the fireplace on those chilly nights, or watch the waves gently lap up to the beach area. Vaulted ceilings, gleaming hardwoods and so much more create an atmosphere of relaxed elegance.

The garage has been converted into a studio and can be used as another bedroom.

Please be informed, during winter months approximately November - March the outdoor amenities will not be available due to weather conditions on the water. Thank you.

Great staycation!

This property is lovely, house has space to spread out, beds are comfortable, and there’s a nice big kitchen for hosting family meals. The first bit of water is rocky, but past that you get to sandy bottomed swimming area. This is our second stay, and we hope for many more!

Lake visit

Outstanding lake views from this property. There was an issue with the door upon arrival, but the owner worked to resolve this issue as quickly as she could and her communication was timely and informative. For us, this communication added a lot of value. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately our stay here didn’t go as planned and we were very disappointed with the end result!! This home is cute and has a nice window view of the lake, it’s like an ocean view, although it was just my husband and I staying here, there’s plenty of space for 10 but only one full bath upstairs, one half bath downstairs but it worked for us!! We arrived pretty late due to flight delays (out o one’s control) but we were happy to finally get there, we came from CA for our godsons college graduation from RIT, we were so excited!! After getting much needed rest before having to get ready for the graduation, I went upstairs to take my shower, come to find out we had NO HOT WATER!!! I messaged both the host and the # listed in the binder for immediate assistance notifying them of this issue, unfortunately we had to quickly shower in very cold water, not fun!! I was told someone would be out to check on this issue but when we returned late that night and still no HOT water, I notified them early the next morning and they sent a heating co but this is now a whole day later but we finally had HOT WATER, less than 24 hours before our departure!! Now, with this huge inconvenience and mind you, I do give credit for addressing this issue but I was only compensated my cleaning fee amount which is very unfair and I stressed this to the host/owner, I message again with no response!! I’m very disappointed and I hope this never happens to anyone else and you are treated fairly,

Great house but kitchen needs more equipment

Everything was great except for the kitchen. There were a number of things missing: there wasn’t enough cutlery for us all or a chopping board. There wasn’t a corkscrew! So we felt the kitchen wasn’t well equipped for those who want to self-cater. We had to go out and buy several items on the first day we were there.

Stunning Views

The house is in a great location on a gorgeous beach. Many great memories were made with my family! Beautiful swans in the bay every morning. The comments other guests made about the towels was surprisingly accurate. We had 5 adults and one kid and there were only 5 towels- and we checked everywhere. I didn't see that we were supposed to bring our own towels, but maybe we were? There was also no wine opener so we had to improvise- little things. Overall though a great weekend.

Great Family Beach House

Large, comfortable beach home, beautiful views and many places to sleep. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Took the other renters tip to bring beach shoes, rocky beach and also agree another comfortable chair in livingroom would be nice. Walking distance to Schallers for evening icecream and close to Charlotte restaurants. Only suggetions would be to bring extra beach towels/beach toys, shampoo/body wash. If staying longer then weekend ensure to bring your own supplies, (hand soaps, paper towels, garbage bags, coffee, etc). Appropriately priced for house and a great family spot to enjoy the view and swimming. Little awkward relaxing on beach when you have back house camera on you and the neighbors have one right on you with a sign saying they are watching you, but just wave "hi" and enjoy!

Retirement Celebration

The house had an open floor plan with beds for 10 people. The view of the lake was outstanding. We loved just sitting by the lake and playing games at night. Everyone so enjoyed the peace and sound of the waves. The host was quick in answering questions. Fun times!

Nice location

The house was nice with a great location! The view as soon as you walk in the door is what made the stay for us! It was nice to sit and have coffee right on the lake. The kids and adults spent hours searching for rocks and sea glass. There could be more places to sit in the living room. There was also a portable crib listed in amenities, but the box did not have one in it. We had to buy one while we were there. The beds were very comfortable! The neighboring house did have a camera pointed directly into the back door and into the dining area. That was a little unsettling.

this location is everything!

What a wonderful weekend our family had at this spacious home, and yes it feels like a home! We enjoyed every aspect of our stay especially hearing the waves and seeing the beautiful lake in front of us as we ate our meals both inside and out. Traci was very accessible and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations. We are now thinking of making this an annual event every summer.

Great Waterfront View!

We had a very nice stay at this excellent waterfront-view home. Though we encountered a few bumps, Traci responded quickly. The upstairs bedrooms were warm as the A/C wasn't as efficient as the downstairs. We ventured onto the very rocky beach, so shoes were helpful. There were also a lot of geese, therefore plenty geese-"gifts" to avoid. Wegmans, Tops, and Aldi were 10 minutes away, a lovely playground and splash pad within 10 minutes for the little ones (maintained by the town of Greece - splashpad was $5/child for the day) and the Strong Museum of Play was about 20 minutes away. Overall, we had a very nice stay. Thank you, Traci!

What a view!!

Great, spacious, clean cottage. Plenty of indoor dining seating and an outside eating option as well in the front of the cottage. The view is breathtaking. The lake was wonderful for swimming, playing and floating. Very close to restaurants, frozen yogurt and a marina. Wegmans was a wonderful grocery store and was close by. Perfect location for relaxing on the beach with a book.

Great short getaway

We needed a place close to a wedding venue and this was great! A nice place to walk. Lots of geese on the beach, but that can’t be prevented. The house was tidy. We overall enjoyed it!

Awesome vacation!

We had a blast! Water shoes are useful due to a rocky stretch before you get to sand in the water. Place was clean, space for family to spread out, cold A/C, kitchen had everything needed, two TV areas and speedy internet were nice for a rainy day. Only thing it could have used was a deck of cards!

Great house and even better views!

Beautiful house with a great view of Lake Ontario! It’s minutes from Charlotte Beach and the restaurants which was an easy Uber ride there. The host, Traci is awesome with details and easy to communicate with.
