Relax on one of the two private, covered balconies - one overlooking the ocean and one facing Coastal Highway - which provide a wealth of additional room for your family. The Irene enjoys a wonderful location on 111th Street, where you can easily walk down to the beach for a day of sun and surf. The property is located directly across from the Gold Coast Mall, where you can find all sorts of options for shopping and dining.
THINGS TO KNOW
The building is equipped with three high-speed elevators for your convenience.
A $60 per week, nonrefundable building registration fee is due upon check-in at the Irene Condominium, payable by cash or check.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
