Beautiful view home on Oak Creek Golf Course - SEDONA!

Amazing Views! Our newly renovated home is situated directly on the golf course at Oak Creek Country Club. This spacious and bright 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath family home affords you unparalleled views of the golf course and the magnificent red rocks beyond. The house has a large open concept floor plan with high ceilings, a fully furnished kitchen, an eat in bar that overlooks the spacious living room and a dining room that seats six.
This is a LONG STAY home (30 days or more and discount is built in)

There is plenty of space for a maximum of 6 guests. The Master Suite is on one end of the house and has a comfortable King bed, walk in closet, his and hers sinks, jacuzzi tub, large shower and a sliding door to the deck and golf course view. On the other end of the house is the guest bedroom with a Queen bed and beautiful red rock views. There is a full bathroom outside the door. The front bedroom has 2 twin beds. Every bedroom has a ceiling fan in addition to central air and heat. All of the smart TV's have Roku boxes and there's a DVD player with a library of movies plus games and puzzles. In addition to wifi internet we also have a wifi printer available for guests.
The outside deck runs the length of the house with 2 separate seating areas, a table for 6 and a gas BBQ - Perfect for family dinners and be ready to see wildlife on the golf course.

Springtime in Sedona

The view of the Red Rocks was enhanced by the spring blooming of trees and cacti. The golf courses were ready for the season. This house was located in a perfect place to enjoy it all. The interior was quite and comfortable. The exterior and the landscaping show some neglect and aging but did not distract from our stay. Management was responsive and above board helpful (thanks Hannah). Our first VRBO stay was a success.

Stunning view and beautiful home

We really enjoyed staying for 10 days in this home. The layout is really good for family time around the kitchen, dining and living room with an easy transition to the porch. The views were top notch and my Dad got a nice round of golf in at the Club. There is a very nice hiking trail within a 2 min drive with great views called Trancept Trail and it was not crowded at all. I would definitely come back again.

Great, spacious house with killer views!

Joe is a great host. The house backs on to the 15th tee at Oak Creek CC. The setting is lovely, and the red rock views are not exaggerated on the listing. They are stunning. The house is plenty big, and we are a family of 6. Had only a few questions throughout our stay, and responsiveness was excellent. Neighborhood is quiet and pretty. Star gazing was excellent from the house, and a short 5 minute drive gets you close to ideal darkness. We did that one night, and it was really breathtaking. Great place for Sedona and surrounding excursions.

Quiet and Scenic Oak Creek Retreat

The positives of this house definitely outweigh any negatives. The Oak Creek location, spaciousness, red rock view, newness of the carpet, proximity to Oak Creek Country Club, Clark's Supermarket, good restaurants, and the responsiveness of the property manager were all first rate. The only negative we have would have is the property would definitely benefit from updating.

Great view but need updating.

We stayed for 35days. Bedroom furniture and living furniture was dated. The bonded leather sofa was aging with wear. My kids said it correct, "it looks like Grandma and Grandpa's house. The place definitely need updating! We had to park in the driveway, and was not allowed to park inside the garage so the car was super cold in the morning..

Incredible views come with some deficiencies.

Home was clean and for most part comfortable, but finishes and furnishings quite dated in most respects, with some deferred maintenance in some areas. Back deck needs repairs and BBQ needs to be replaced. Back deck very close to golf tee and pathway, with sometimes very early grounds crew machine work. Home layout excellent. Laundry facilities excellent. Spacious home. Beautiful back views of red rocks a major focal point.

This is truly a community. If you're from a bigger city you'll notice right away how friendly people are here. If you're walking down the street people will wave. From the local market to the restaurants you'll feel a part of something.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The view is the first thing you'll notice when you walk in the door. The red rocks are close and change colors each hour of the day. The golf course is our back yard and after the golfers leave, the wildlife comes out. Families of deer, rabbits, bobcats will all walk by as you sit on the deck and enjoy the sunset.
