We invite you to enjoy this ski-in/ski-out mountain retreat. Check out pictures for the gorgeous view of Maggie Pond, Blue River, and the ski slopes. If you open the window, you can hear the soothing sound of a stream running through the Blue River.
We have been coming to Colorado to ski for 20+ years. We always wanted to have a place we could call home whenever we are here. Tom really wanted the convenience of a ski-in and ski-out place, especially when our children were small. I always wanted a place in town with access to all the fabulous restaurants and shops. We just couldn’t agree on a place until we found this one! It is ski-in/ski-out at the base of Peak 9 and only steps away from the QuickSilver lift. Better yet, a kids’ ski school is in the building. If your little ones are enrolled in ski school, you don’t even have to leave the building! The condo is less than a block from Breckenridge’s historic main street where you can find numerous restaurants and shops. We immediately felt in love with this place and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do!
Brand new Blue River Ballroom and Conference Center is just steps away and hosts events like conferences and weddings. If you come to Breck to attend a conference or a wedding, this is the perfect place!

Breckenridge:
It certainly isn’t a shortage of year-round fun. It has world class skiing and snow- boarding, many hiking and biking trails, and free bus services for the entire summit county. It’s historic downtown has many unique local restaurants and charming boutiques. The Riverwalk Center just off the main street showcases concerts and performances year-round.

Master Bedroom: King Bed with in suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.
Living Room: Wood burning fireplace, Queen sleeper sofa, & Full Murphy Bed.
Flat screen TV in every room.
Cable and a DVD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliance.
Large private balconies, bistro table, and chair.

Resort amenities:
Washer/dryer and trash room on every floor.
Brand new Health Club with fitness equipment, indoor / outdoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tubs.
Outdoor plaza with fire pit.

Parking:
Heated underground parking. There is a separate nightly parking fee which is collected by the local management company at the time of check in. Parking fee varies by season. Currently the parking fee is $30/night from May-Oct and $55/night from Nov-Apr. The fee is subject to change without notice. The onsite parking is limited. If you choose to bring a car and would like to park in the onsite garage, please let us know as soon as possible. We can reserve one for you in advance. We recommend that you let us know at the time of booking. This would give you the best chance to secure a parking spot. During peak times, such as holidays and ski season, parking spots are filled quickly. If the onsite parking is full, our front desk can provide you with alternative offsite parking recommendation. You don't really need a car once you arrived in the condo. Amenities, such as ski rental, bike rental, shopping, grocery, restaurants, are all within walking distance. If you come with more than one car, you can check the website BreckPark for up to date parking options and rates.

Rules:
• No Smoking: this is strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. This includes any cigarette, vaper, and marijuana products.
• No pet: also strictly enforced by the Village HOA and violators will be fined. My husband and I are also severely allergic to both dogs and cats. We kindly ask you to please not bring pets into the condo.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.

This condo can accommodate a maximum of 7 people. We feel that it is most comfortable for 4-5 people. If you have more individuals in your party, please check out our much larger 3 bedroom condo in the same complex (VRBO.com/2274308).

Excellent property and location!!
Could not ask for a better place - we had 2 now skiers that needed to be an easy walk to town and 2 skiers that wanted to be close to the slopes. Both accomplished in grand fashion. Nice condo as well with good place in the condo to store skis and boards. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to eat in a lot and not always hit a restaurant. Overall great trip!

The unit was everything and more as promised. The view from the 2 balconies was breathtaking! Everything was provided to make our stay so comfortable. We loved the underground parking, steps to the ski life and especially Main Street 1 block from our room.

Close Downtown Location
Had some difficulty in actually finding the property. The address is correct, but the signage could use a lot of help. Our biggest problem came from following the GPS and not recognizing the entry to the property as a normal road. The entry appears to be more of a walkway lined with bricks than a street. We ended up parking at public parking paying $20 for two or three hours of parking and then walked to find the place. The people at the desk of the building close by were more than helpful and showing us how to get to the parking and the building we had reserved even though they had nothing to do with this rental. I called the owner and asked for directions of how to get there and he sent me the same information that was on the website which was obviously not helpful. Other than that, it was a great stay. main Street is where the all the action seems to be and this room was on the far end of the four or 5 Block Main St. The room was very clean, well stocked, everything worked and our stay was very enjoyable. You have to keep your phone with the digital key with you at all times because it is required for entry into the parking garage , the elevator, and your room. For older folks like us that are not so technologically savvy, that could be an issue fortunately, we were able to figure it out after downloading an app specifically to use this digital key.

From booking to check in to staying in the Village… it was all an awesome experience. Super conveniently located to lifts, downtown and shuttle service. Although we walked most places. Shopping was great too. The place has been well taken care of and the communication and response was great!

Our favorite home away from home in Breckenridge
This was our fourth time staying at this location. We don’t ski. We just love to come up here in the summer to escape the Texas heat or to enjoy the fall color. The location is perfect. Walking distance to shops and dining. The condo is neat and comfortable. The kitchen has all you need. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Check in is incredibly easy. Our favorite place to stay.

We want to stay here every year, so we're not tellin'! All seriousness, wonderful place and location. Easy check in and easy check out. Comfortablook e and cozy. We loved every minute! Hot tubs are awesome. Pool was awsome. Only challenge is parking if you use more than one vehicle. All the lots don't allow parking between 2am-6am. So overnight parking is a tough comodity. But everything else was...wait for it...AWESOME!

Nice, with beautiful views
Loved our stay. Very nice corner unit with a balcony, that has table and chairs, to sit outside to view the beautiful mountains and pond. The unit is well furnished and had comfortable beds for a good night sleep. It’s was wonderful to just walk outside the building and be steps from Main Street. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location with easy access to Town and the Mountain
A 2 minute walk to the Quicksilver lift is great for a crew that likes to get out early and then have speedy access to lunch at home to avoid the crowds and save the additional expense. Home overall was very comfortable and had a great fireplace. Only criticism was kitchen could use some additional gear.. no oven mitts so you had to try dish towels without getting burned and only one small cutting board for prep.

Superb Condo and Location
The location of this property is ideal for ski-in/ski-out, and walkability about town. The owners were easy to work with, the check-in process was smooth and simple, and the property is exactly as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Wonderful condo!
Great location and amazing views. This condo was clean and had everything we needed to stay a couple nights. Property management was easy to deal with and we were even allowed early check in. We did not visit during ski season, but it would be a great location if you were skinning. Right on the slopes. We’d definetly stay again.

The new pool and hot tubs are extremely nice and we enjoyed both. Would definitely stay again. For ski season this condo would also be ideal.

Right where you want to be in Breckenridge
This was perfectly located for us. We like to be able to walk to shopping and dining yet have a clean and comfortable place to cook an occasional meal. Additionally we like to sit on a balcony and take in the sunrise or evening sites. The kitchen is well stocked. The beds are very comfortable and the windows and balconies provide great views of Maggie Pond and the awesome sounds of a waterfall. This place is awesome.

Gorgeous views and great location!
We loved this unit! The views were stunning and the location was perfect. Just a short walk to Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy. The management company sent a detailed email with photos of their office and lock box. The parking fee was included in the rental price so no extra fees. The parking garage was very convenient as well. This unit is in the Antero building and there is a restaurant located right downstairs. We were there during the Breckenridge August Art Fair which was right outside our door. The condo itself was lovely. We had a great stay and we highly recommend this unit!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! We had a small hiccup when we arrived because our garage access wouldn’t work and then the guy at the front desk told us the wrong building! But we found it! They have so many kitchen appliances that it just made it easy to have meals in! Short walk to Main Street! We would definitely stay again!

The overall experience was great! The location was perfect and the VRBO was clean and spacious. The instructions as far as the parking lot could use a little clarification. Otherwise, it was perfect for us!
