Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Amazing people to book through!!

It was a great experience and a great place to stay with a group of friends!! The property was very good at calling us ahead to let us know of damage to the property prior to our stay so we didn’t get faulted for it!! Will definitely stay here again!!

Very clean condo

When we arrived we were instantly amazed at how clean the condo was. Condo is exactly as listed and has the perfect amount of room for a family vacation. There was 9 of us including the kids and we all fit comfortably. Would definitely stay here again and 10/10 recommend this condo to anyone!

Spectacular sunset view !!

Amazing and spacious condo on 22nd of 23 floors at Shores of Panama! Stunning views, plenty of space and well maintained ! Company was extremely efficient with answering any questions or concerns that we may have had. Very quick to respond to any request as well. Process was very easy! Would definitely recommend! Parking can be challenging for bigger cars and trucks. Be sure to check clearance or may have to park off property for a fee!!

Condo had some issues but overall great stay

The resort was beautiful. Condo had some issues upon arrival such as broken chairs, hole in the wall, etc. Sometimes it took almost an hour to get up or down the elevator because some elevators appeared to not be functioning. Took the stairs several times up and down! But overall the stay was wonderful.

Family Vacation

Maintenance was timely when tv quit working, came within an hour and had it fixed. Housekeeping was very prompt when we left and realized my sons wedding ring was lost. They responded to my sons phone call and my email and found his ring!! They are sending it to him via mail. Thank you Mike P. Who responded and gave us such wonderful news! Would definitely recommend Panhandle Getaway and Shores of Panama.

CAUTIOUS 2228

Property could use some updating & extermination service!! Roaches spotted thru out, particularly in & under dishwasher. Not sure that the floors were cleaned upon arrival… felt like walking on beach with all sand crunching under shoes. Resort its self is ok, of course like everyone complains… could definitely use more elevators, and the parking garage is horrendous. Overall ok if you’re looking for more party type, busy resort.

About what I expected

The rental process was easy. It was ready at 4pm as stated. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was clean. The view from the balcony is kind of misleading but you can still see the beach, but mostly the rest of the property. There were a FEW cockroaches that we found alive, but a bug is a bug and they’re everywhere. The staff of the Shores of Panama would be the biggest complaint. Most are very rude. Just went out of my way to not deal with them. One elevator was broken on the side that we used the most so that was a little bit of a hassle, and the parking garage is one way in and one way out. I realized most people can’t drive! Or park.

Not what it seems

Condo was not what we expected. The place was not clean. Our unit had a broken fridge, broken dishwasher, broken chairs, broken couch and not to mention the roaches. We left a day earlier just cause we couldn’t take it. Def won’t stay here again.
