Park your car and take a short walk down the street and you've arrived in Hot Springs' downtown historic district! And if you're a mountain biking or hiking enthusiast, enjoy what many consider the easiest access to your outdoor fun including the Northwoods Trails which are just .7 mile up the road.

Amazing stay!

We loved our stay here and so did our dog! Super convenient location. Most importantly, the bed was comfortable and the toilet paper was high quality. It's the little things! Would stay here again for sure.

Pickleball Tournament

We had a great stay for the Spa City Classic. We could walk to everything and super close to event venue. Fat Jacks for karaoke was a 10/10 and super close. Host were easy to communicate with and so so helpful. Will book here for next year!

I’d do it again!

It was one of the best laid out, stocked, clean, places I’ve ever stayed. You can’t beat the location either…I’m from the hospitality industry and can be a bit fussy when traveling. These folks know what they’re doing! They didn’t miss a thing. I would definitely recommend

Perfect location

Perfect location for a full day in Hot Springs. Easy walking distance to downtown and the National Park in the morning, and easy biking distance to the Northwoods mountain bike trails in the afternoon.

Mountain Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay. The bungalow was well appointed and we had a peaceful getaway. All of our needs were met. It was spotless, quiet, comfy and just close enough to all the things we wanted to do to walk to. It was safe and check in was a breeze. My husband said, “Of all of the places we have ever stayed in Hot Springs, this is THE favorite.” Perfect.

Horrible owners, awful communication

I was unable to complete my trip due to the death of my mother in law. I attempted numerous times to contact the owners but all i kept getting was generic computer generated messages about how excited they were for me to stay. When i FINALLY got thru to them they said i was welcome to change days. Until it came down to actually changing days. Then it became i have to reebok and pay for a whole new reservation. Horrible business model, will NOT be rebooking!

Perfect mountain bungalow

Precious little bungalow exactly matches the description! All the little thoughtful extras, adorably decorated, super clean and cozy. Walking distance to downtown and hiking trails. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely come back!

Great Bungalow

Loved how it is within walking distance of downtown. Everything you need is there. I do not know if it was the remote or the TV but wasn't working just right. The curser would move a little bit then you had to wait a few second then it would move again. Besides that this is a great place to stay.

Great place to stay!

we wanted to get something that wasn’t one of the big hotels in town, but still close in and this was pertect. You can walk down the hill and be right on the north end of Central, and it’s not much further down to the middle of town with the bath houses and such. The bungalow was very neat and clean and well appointed, and off-street parking was a nice plus.

Extra clean cottage; excellent location

My wife and I were impressed with this super clean, well equipped, and cute duplex cottage within walking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Everything we needed was on hand, check-in was incredibly easy, and the cottage was in a quiet neighborhood. My wife loved how the owners thought of everything --- from extra toothbrushes and makeup wipes (if you forgot) to great snacks in the kitchenette. There also were helpful notes about the TV and the AC/heating unit. It's the way EVERY rental should be!!

Relaxing and Romantic

My husband and I are from central TX. We've never been to Hot Springs and wanted a location that was close to everything but didn't have the noise and traffic. This location was exactly what we were looking for. It's a minute away from bathhouse row and a short drive to local and chain restaraunts. The room had everything we needed to make breakfast, shower comfortably and relax after a day of hiking. It was clean, fresh and had toiletry items- if we had forgotten our own. The only area that we weren't completely satisfied with was the bed. The mattress is very, very soft and we kinda felt like we were sinking. The sheets felt nice, but they would not stay and were constantly sliding like they were too big for the mattress. So, nothing negligent on their part- more of a preference thing for us- so if you like super soft mattresses, you'll be golden. The air conditioning was excellent and we were very comfortable. The home is charming and great for a couple to stay comfortably, privately and with all you need for a romantic getaway. My husband said we will definitely have to return.

Great host and great accommodations

We started out a little rocky as I had really wanted to stay in the room with the cedar in the living room, but there was a snafu with another couple so we were rebooked next door. But, room was clean and homey and we soon settled in. There were several snacks, oatmeal, and coffee flavors to choose from. We think it would help to have an address plaque placed in front of house as we were not sure because there was no address. There is also a carpet in the bedroom that needs to be addressed as it is a tripping hazard. Again, great place to stay with good decor, ample towels and kitchen well stocked.

Great spot for our night in Hot Springs

Traveling thru on a cross country road trip. This space was perfect for for an overnight after a travel day. Would have been great to have had more time to explore the area from this convenient location. Walking distance to the Main drag. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Little touches like snacks and sundries were a nice treat. Bed was comfortable too. Would stay here again for sure.

A Much Needed Getaway

The cottage was clean, cute, and the neighborhood was peaceful. It would have been perfect except the last night of our stay we were worn out from so much walking we just wanted to relax and throw a pizza in the oven. The oven temperature wouldn’t go above 260 so the crust didn’t brown so we had to go get something else. A minor inconvenience really and when I return these cottages are where I’ll check first.

So cute and great price!!

This place was wonderful. I surprised my boyfriend with a getaway for his birthday and had never stayed in hot springs before. I was nervous about what we would be staying in but we walked in and both raved over how nice and cute the bungalow is!! They went above and beyond and made sure that the people who stay here have everything they need. The bed felt like a cloud and we both agreed we needed to buy a bed like that after we stayed there. The owners have thought of it all and it was much appreciated!!

Just passing through

Just stayed one night on our way to a further destinations but wanted a place with access to all Hot Springs has and we were able to walk most anywhere we needed to go. The bungalow had everything we needed down to the forgotten toothbrush. Bed was very comfy.Kitchen was well stocked and even had snacks. Great coffee choices too. While the house is dated you wouldn’t know it from all the updates inside. It is connected to adjoining duplex and you can hear your neighbors somewhat. Glad ours were quiet.

Relaxing and cozy

This was our first time going to Hot Springs together. This little house was perfect for us! It was a short little walk to the strip. Very quiet and peaceful. We sat on the front porch one night and just enjoyed the nature sounds. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone! We loved every minute of our weekend getaway.

Couples, First time Hot Springs visitors

Came to Hot Springs to for a getaway with my love. We had a great time exploring downtown, the Garven Woodlands gardens, the nearby lakes. The duplex is within walking distance from downtown. PERFECT for Hot Springs exploration! House was well equipped and super comfy. The bed was so comfortable, we slept so great. Everything was perfect 👍

Great location

Location was great. Easy walk to bath houses and restaurants. Be aware there are no bedrooms doors which may be a concern if you have night owls or early risers. We made it work. Others have commented on the softness of the bed. It was much softer than we preferred, but once again we made due. Other than those issues we enjoyed our stay and due to the convenient location would book this property again.
