There is WIFI, with fiber internet and each bedroom has a TV with firestick. All you need for the perfect relaxing vacation is right here at Heron House.

This 1000 + square foot home located on the White River near Flippin, AR is comfortably furnished and has a patio overlooking the river. A stairway leads from the patio down to the river bank where you can walk right into the water down stone steps., a fire-pit, and bird and hummingbird feeders.

The inside living space is an open plan with a large dining room area that seats six, sitting area, gas log fireplace, big screen TV with DVD player, Roku TV, and Amazon firestick. There are three recliners in the TV area plus a couch/Futon plus an additional queen sleeper sofa/couch in the sitting area. The kitchen, though compact, is well equipped for those who love to cook. There is a gas stove, full size side by side fridge/freezer, microwave, Keurig and regular coffee maker, toaster, hot water kettle, blender, mixer, pressure cooker, etc. A phone is present for use if needed. There is a washer and dryer, laundry and cleaning supplies, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms. The home sleeps six although the futon could be used as additional sleep space. There is a printer and board/card games for use. Heron House is the perfect home away from home for relaxation and quality time with family or friends.

Please be advised that the White River is a tail-water of Bull Shoals dam and the water level can rise rapidly, so please use caution when on or near the river. Tenant accepts full responsibility their own safety when on or near the water. Furthermore, like all rural areas, utilities, internet, and phone services can be interrupted bad weather. Owner is not responsible for any such occurrence and the loss of property use in this event.

Please Note: This home is used by the owners occasionally; therefore, intends to leave personal property on the premises. Tenant is responsible for any breakage or missing items and the cost of such will be charged to the tenant. The garage is used by the owner to store items and is not part of the rental.
