The bunk room also boasts an additional flat-screen TV with personal log-in capabilities. This home also has three outdoor living areas that include a deluxe BBQ grill, outdoor dining tables, a private hot tub, a fire pit, swinging chairs, and ample seating. A large capacity LG washer and dryer located in the garage will auto-dispense Tide Free & Clear detergent so doing laundry is a breeze. Additional in-home amenities include shampoo & conditioner, body wash and lotion in all full bathrooms, an iron and ironing board, pool towels, pickleball equipment, board games, and a dual-shot basketball arcade game. The Town Center at Coral Canyon has a beautiful pool and spa, Pickleball courts, an open grassy area, a splash pad, plus a designated section of trailer parking for boats and sand crawlers.
