Welcome to our charming, recently renovated (2021) historic home in Brewster! Nestled north of Route 6A and less than 1 mile from bayside beaches, this 4-bedroom antique gem combines Cape Cod charm with modern amenities. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this house is perfect for family getaways.

• Thoughtful Updates: New bathroom added to 2nd floor, refinished hardwood floors, updated plumbing and electrical, fresh paint, outdoor shower, and restored windows.
• Backyard Paradise: Relax by the fire pit in Adirondack chairs, enjoy a meal on the patio, nap in the hammock, or play corn hole. Grill up a feast on the Weber gas grill and rinse off the day in the outdoor shower.
Living Spaces:
• Living Room: Samsung Frame TV, couch, armchairs, and rocking chairs – perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.
• Kitchen & Dining: Plenty of pots and pans, glassware, flatware, wine glasses, serving platters, baking supplies, knife set, blender, juicer, coffee maker, waffle maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, ice buckets, water pitchers, lobster bake supplies, cloth napkins and table cloths. Newer stove. Large Dining room table comfortably seats up to 10 people. Please note there is no dishwasher.
• Laundry Room: Large-capacity washer and dryer with ironing supplies.
Bedrooms:
• First Floor: Primary bedroom with a king bed and a second bedroom with a queen bed - both with window ACs and ceiling fans.
• Second Floor: Large front bedroom with 4 twin beds overlooking the front yard, and a smaller rear bedroom overlooking the backyard with 2 twins (can convert to a king). WindowAC in each bedroom. Please note: The 2 sets of staircases leading up to the 2nd floor are original to the home ("Captain's stairs") and therefore are narrow and steep.
Bathrooms:
• First Floor: Two bathrooms – a primary with a standup shower and a full bathroom with a tub/shower.
• Second Floor: One bathroom with a standup shower.

• Huge backyard with games and lounging areas.
• Shed stocked with beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach cart).
• Fire pit with seating – perfect for stargazing and s’mores.

• Optional linen package available for $150 flat rate per stay - includes all bedding, pillow, sheets, and bath towels for 10 guests.

Please Note:
There is an old barn on the property that is not available for use, as well as a studio apt that is connected to the main house. We are currently not renting out the studio apt and no one will be using that space during your stay.

Hammock. Beach gear available in the shed: 10 beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, coolers, beach cart. Corn hole and other lawn games also in shed. Fire pit with 4 Adirondacks - perfect for s'mores! Hoses in back and front yards. Ample parking in the driveway (4+ cars).
Brewster Beaches: For access to any Brewster town beach, you are able to purchase either a day pass ($20) or seasonal pass ($150). You can do all of this online and don’t need to print anything out!
