This is a North facing unit with incredible views of Gulf State Park and awesome rates!!!

Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Come check out the large custom kitchen and a 60'' HD TV in the living room, and flat panel HD TVs in all the bedrooms. No expense was sparred when we decorated this condo at Phoenix West II.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh, grab your favorite drink and relax. The north facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar, ice-maker and wine cooler will enhance any party. The decor in the condo is exceptional.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king and there are two queen beds in the 3rd bedroom and we have a sleeper sofa in the living room for sleeping up to 10.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Slightly Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental property was okay. It was not as maintained as the others where we have stayed. Couch needs to be replaced (Broken arm & stained pillow) and towels should have been replaced about a year ago.

Well Furnished & Nice Views - Water Heater & 1Hr Elevator waits

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Until was well furnished and the balcony views were amazing looking west of orange beach to gulf shores. However the water heater didn’t work and we had to take cold showers our first night. So we were delayed our first night. We fortunately had an electrician in our family and we had to reset the breaker inside of the water heater each day to get hot water. I hope it’s properly fixed for the future guests. The other problem was the elevators. They only had six for the whole property... so it is a 30-60 minute wait from high traffic times like 9-11am or 4-6pm. No exaggerations.. They split the beach space for people that rent chairs and those who bring their own equipment. So you’ll have to set up at 7am if you want a good spot by the water. Overall we rather stay in a less crowded area with less amenities to avoid fighting for an elevator or beach space.

Family Vacation

Be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes for an elevator during peak times. Make sure to bring items to wash dishes, soap and sponge because the unit did not contain anything.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was clean and very well accomodated our party of 9. The kids loved the pool and lazy river. However, there were many days that this area was over crowded. The location was nice as well-close to many restaurants and shopping. The only disappoints were the elevators did not accomodate the volume of people using them. Sometimes waits were 15-20 minutes and we were on the 19th floor. The beach space in front of the condo was also overcrowded - people were sitting on top of each other. We ended up walking down and sitting off of property. I would recommend a smaller condo so you may enjoy your vacation and space.

SO Much Space

We could stretch out! Only recommendation I would say, is the interior doors had locks on them and our 2 year old got stuck one morning cause it turned the lock. I would just make that key accessible.

Beautiful and spacious!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo had everything you need. The condo had so much room for our kids to spread out. The beaches are amazing. The pool area was clean and again spacious. My only wish was that there were sidewalks yo easily get to restaurants- the bike paths made me nervous walking with kids as it was on a busy road. It would've been nice to have heated outdoor pools as it was a bit chilly, but kids just ran into indoor pool. Overall- fantastic room and resort!

Very Nice Oceanfront Condo - but lacking in Security and Elevators.

The Condo was very nice and spacious for our family of 11, 5 of which were small children. The room was clean upon arrival, and I honestly cannot say anything negative about the Condo or area. Orange Beach is a very nice area with Great restaurants and sites within a short drive! The kids enjoyed the properties amenities, lazy river, splash pad, etc.. and the beach was an easy 20 yard walk down the property provided gated walkway. However; I would not recommend staying on a high floor unless you are patient and willing to wait a long time to go between floors! (It took us over an hour to unload baggage from our 2 vehicles to our 19th floor room - due to elevator availability) This was an issue all week - and others complained while waiting on elevators. One day I had to walk the 19 flites of steps because 1 elevator was down and the line was backed up outside the building! I also was not pleased with the the lack of security or policing of the pool area. Excessive Drinking was allowed in the pool, and I had to remove my grandkids on one occasion due to the rowdiness.. It's a pretty property and our family made the best of the week, but we will not stay again due to the issues mentioned above.

My favorite condo!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely gorgeous!! We had four adults and six kids...the layout of this condo is perfect!! And FOUR FULL BEAUTIFUL BATHROOMS!!! This condo was so well stocked with every kitchen gadget you would need. Keurig AND a coffee pot plus a separate ice maker! The cleaning crew did a fabulous job. The beach was beautiful and the grounds of the pool, lazy river and splash pad made you feel like you were at a resort in paradise! We would definitely stay again!! Our one and only complaint would be the super slow elevators!

This year however the condo did not look like it had been vacuumed or dusted or given the white glove treatment.Also it said it would be supplied with some supplies. There were not any extra supplies either. We thought due to covid condo would be extra clean. It was not.

Overall, great property.

Overall, this was a good stay. We enjoyed our location as a whole. This particular condo doesn't face the beach, but it's on the corner so you do have a partial beach view. There's a private bathroom in each room and a fourth where the laundry is. The icemaker at the wet bar did have mold so we didn't use that once we saw it. Dishwasher was not very effective at getting dishes clean and the refrigerator/freezer didn't get as cold as they should've, but none of this was an absolute deal breaker for us. The master bedroom doesn't have a window, but does have french doors that open to the dining area. These really should have blackout curtains. One of the doors did not have a blind at all so my husband and I rigged up a blanket to cover both and help block the light. The biggest downside was how uncomfortable the beds were (the king size beds were SO HARD but the queen/fulls, whichever they were, were overly soft and sunken in from use). We could live with that though. It was difficult getting an elevator since it was Labor Day Weekend and they were very crowded. Pool and beach were nice and the location is convenient to a lot of things to do. We were able to see fireworks from our balcony that happened at the Wharf! I can't say for absolute sure if we'd pick this particular condo again because we prefer a lower floor in general, but I don't regret getting this condo at all. The owner/manager was very receptive and easy to talk to.
