Welcome to our desert retreat on Palm Valley Golf Course. This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home has a resort style backyard with golf course and mountain views, private pool (not heated), hot tub, outdoor kitchen, bar, covered patio, misters and extended pergola. Located minutes from attractions like spring training, State Farm Stadium, Phoenix International Raceway, golf and several hiking destinations.

The upgraded one level open plan home has a master bedroom with king bed, master bath with two person shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. Second bedroom has queen size bed and second bath has been nicely updated as well. The third bedroom doubles as an office with a built in desk space and queen size Murphy bed. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, and a coffee/wine bar. There is a two car garage and mudroom with full size washer and dryer.

Spend your day at one of the many nearby attractions or enjoy a glass of wine at the outdoor bar while relaxing by the pool and hot tub.

My adult daughter, partner and I stayed in this lovely home for a week. It checked off everything on our list of wants and needs. Jennifer was very easy to get a hold of and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property again or to refer it to friends.

We used the hot tub every day, loved it! Excellent stay at a great home

The house was amazing! The back yard is such a great little oasis. Very relaxing and the hot-tub is fabulous. The beds are very comfortable and the hosts were easy to connect with. The house has all the amenities one could need for a stay.

Beautiful Home

We stayed in this home while in town for the NASCAR Championship. Very clean, beautiful backyard and a great place to come back to relax after a long day on the track. Would definitely stay here again.

We were in town just for a week of rest and relaxationThis was a nice place the hot tub needed cleaning but one call and they came right away and took care of it for us. The bed was comfortable and the patio and pool area were very nice a few things were getting a little tired looking but overall a nice place and met all of our needs for a good price.

Great stay. The backyard is truly lovely. Backing on a golf course. Too cool to swim but looking at the pool and soaking up rays was just fine too. Only downside, no TVs in bedrooms. Well equipped, centrally located vacation home perfect For our family.

Tranquil setting

Nice neighborhood and close to whatever you may need. Home is comfortable and has all the amenities you would expect. Communication with the owner was A+ and the weather didn't disappoint. Everytime I come to AZ, it gets harder to leave....come

This home was exactly as advertised! The outside amenities were absolutely wonderful and we spent most our time outside by the pool! The house was very clean and came stocked with everything but food! The location was wonderful with stores being right down the road! Would definitely stay again
