Dream vacation

We really enjoyed our wonderful vacation of a lifetime in Brewster. We swam in the beautiful POOL , the sea, kayaked the Bass river and dined and shopped in Hyannis . Then came home to this clean inviting home and of course the fun , fun pool . ** I appreciated the awning that covered the outdoor dining, protecting us from the sun. It was so peaceful. We even managed to complete a 1000 piece puzzle. Thank you!!!

Family vacation

This is our second year at this property, and it never disappoints! It is well maintained, well stocked and spotless. Walt is available and responsive to any questions or concerns and goes the extra mile by providing an impressive welcoming basket, as well as many other touches that give it a spa like feel. We have rented many places over the years, and this is one of the best by far....

Great house

This was a great spot for our summer vacation! It's just a short ride to the beach, lakes and rail trail, and the kids absolutely loved the pool. The house was also spotless when we arrived. All in all, a great place to stay on the Cape!

Fun in the rain.

Summer vacation with family and fiends

We have rented many properties, but this was one of the best! The house was very well equipped with exceptional attention to detail. We enjoyed the pool, games and outdoor space, as well as all the amenities. Great property and great hosts!

Everything You Could Want in a Vacation Home!

Stayed here for a golf trip and was very impressed. Location was perfect, and travel to and from the courses was quick and easy. The home itself was exactly as described, backyard was wonderful, all living areas were spacious and clean. Walt was quick to respond to any questions I had and made the entire process easy, from booking to check in to check out. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful Stay

The home was perfect for our stay! Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. The backyard has so many different activities for everyone to enjoy and is extremely private. Walt and Sherry were extremely responsive and were helpful with recommendations of various things to do in the area. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in Brewster

The house was clean and accommodated our group of nine well. The pool and deck were a hit and we spent a few afternoons/evenings grilling, chatting and enjoying a nice swim in the pool (heated for those cooler days). The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances and everything was labeled. The house is close to several beaches where we got to experience beautiful sunsets and wonderful memories with our group of family/friends. The living room was spacious and accommodated movie nights and game nights. Walt was great at communicating with and answered every question promptly. I greatly recommend this place!

Perfect house for a young family

We had a great 2-week stay at Walt and Sherry’s house. The kitchen has all we needed and the house feels very up to date. The heated saltwater pool is perfect for a young family, especially as there was a heat wave during our stay. Location is 10-15 mins from tons of restaurants and shops. Bedrooms were all air conditioned and there was a little office which was great for doing some remote work. Outdoor patio table with retractable cover was ideal for all our meals. Would surely stay here again if we make it back to cape cod.

Excellent, clean, modern house with large garden and driveway

Really excellent experience. Property close to multiple beaches and restaurant. Perfect central location to all the areas of Cape Cod for families looking to have a place to relax in comfort and drive to the wide variety of locations in Cape Cod. Quiet residential property. Has internet. Has air conditioning and fireplace! Gas stove and modern kitchen with beautiful patio. Would definitely stay here again! Property management was outstanding and very very well organized.

Wonderful!

The house was wonderful and Walt and Sherry are model hosts. We stayed for over two weeks and wish we could’ve stayed longer. Clean throughout, comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, strong WiFi, good AC in the master bedroom, and a fully stocked kitchen that we cooked multiple large dinners in. Grill and patio area were perfect for summer BBQs. Close to Brewster and the bike trail. Walt and Sherry let us check in early and check out late and checked on us multiple times and offered to help with anything we needed. Tons of outdoor space and the only neighbors you’ll run into on the property are the charming turkeys who stroll by. Already planning a trip back to this house.

Spectacular Find

Our family and our best friends (8 people all together) found this property and stayed 7/24-7/31. From our first contact with Walt and Sherry, we could tell they were both invested in having their guests enjoy their stay and were responsive to communication. The house itself was immaculate, roomy and filled with attention to detail, encompassing so many thoughtful inclusions. The photos had us anticipating rooms of a smaller scale and we were pleasantly surprised with the space. The deck with grill, seating and retractable awning provided hours and hours of fun and relaxation, as we grilled and held cornhole tournaments. The rooms were comfortable and easy to retire to after our full days. The kitchen was so perfectly and thoughtfully stocked. Walt checked in to make himself available to us should we need anything. Thankfully, due to the thoroughness and caring Walt and Sherry put into preparing their beautiful home, we had no need to contact them. We would definitely stay here again and rate the house, as well as Walt and Sherry, the best of the best! Stay here, and rest assured, all you’ll need to think about is your leisure time and enjoying your vacation! Thanks Walt and Sherry! A+

We fell in love with this property from first sight. We love it’s location that's close to almost everything--beaches, lakes, parks, golf courses, shopping, Provincetown, Hyannis. The house is super bright with large windows across the house. It has spacious bedrooms It is on a cul-de-sac and next to conservation land--quite, peaceful, and private.
