Very clean, cozy and spacious 2 bedroom and 2 full bathroom with views of Golf Course At Arizona Resorts on Hole #8, Par 3, W/ Views From Tee To Green Perfect place to unwind and enjoy the patio and views. This charming condo located in a great neighborhood with lots of local activities. Light and bright, 2 Masters with private full baths and over 1,200 sq. ft. in a quite complex. Large living/dining area with a fireplace. Full size Kitchen with appliances. Come make yourself at home!

Golden Hills

This is a nice condo in a central location. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with needed items. I would recommend staying here. The owner was easy to work with, and returned messages promptly.

We loved this place and hope to come back!

It’s all about location! It was 15 minutes from everything we wanted to see or visit. The property host was the best! She definitely took care of us! It was awesome to be on the golf course. My hubby spent his mornings on the patio watching the golfers and felt very safe walking every morning. My only bad score would be it’s not very updated. It’s an older unit but we were fine!! We loved that it was only 325 steps away from OTG bar and grill!

Traveling with Mom

My husband and I were traveling with my mom for the first time. This place was very comfortable with plenty of space for 3 adults. My mom was so pleasantly surprised she had her own bathroom, tv and spacious bedroom. We all enjoyed having an outdoor space to relax and watch the golfers and nature. Very nice place and we would stay there again if we ever find ourselves in the Mesa area again.

Nice location and very dog friendly.

We came to play golf and many nice courses were quite close. Lots of places to walk the dog and watching golfers from the patio was fun.

The condo was very nice. The toaster didn’t work and the host had a new one delivered by that afternoon, the tv was Ruko and needed an antenna to get local network stations, I don’t think the host knew about this but had an antenna delivered when she was informed about the situation. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed our accommodations.

Place was very clean. Although it had an awful smell in it. Like mold or stale smoke.

Beds were ok . Pillows were not good and wished we had more. It was clean etc but the furniture smelled. Location was not bad but it was a very dated golf course area. Not sure we will be back.

So comfortable!

Really enjoyed a friends get-away at this spot. Close enough drive to lots of things. Easy parking. On golf course which made for nice walks. Favorite thing was the very comfortable living room area. Perfect spot to stay up and chat. Nice little balcony for morning coffee. Highly recommend.

Convenient Location!

We enjoyed our stay and had all the things we needed! The property checked all of the boxes except for one. The shower in the second bedroom had black mold along the tub edge. Not sure why anyone would think this is okay.

Great Place! Great price!

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and well equipped. I’d come back here again and will be referring my friends and family who are planning to visit. Lots of nearby restaurants and shopping. Freeways and commute to work was close and convenient. Thanks for the stay!!!

Beautiful Golf Course Views

My mom and I stayed here for two weeks, we had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect with many restaurants, shopping and bars near by. We enjoyed the beautiful golf course views and the neighborhood was very quiet and enjoyable.

Nice, quiet condo

We loved having our morning coffee on the deck in the mornings. It overlooks a golf course and was so peaceful. The floorplan of the condo was perfect for us.

Clean and well maintained.

We rented this condo instead of staying at a hotel as we usually do. The host was very attentive, communication was great, and the property exceeded expectations. Close proximity to everything you could possibly need and easy highway access. We visit friends in Mesa every year and we will definitely reserve this condo again!

Charming and comfortable place.

This place is very charming. It is close to restaurants and shopping and overlooks the golf course. We did not realize it was on the second floor. It would be nice to list this information in the description. As I am 70 and it was difficult to climb them continuously. I would have given this a 5 star, except we felt the rug in the living room needed to be replaced. It had a huge stain and very displeasing to look at, so I turned it around and put baskets on top of it.
